Weather has been pretty lousy of late, so I haven't been on the rv roof to install the new product...but my experience with PPL has been great...now I'm hoping that I got the cover with the correct hinge...otherwise I'll let you know if/when I'd have to return it for a different product!
I was having trouble with the electric step on my motorhome and I was close to Houston so I called PPL. The phone was answered quickly and the nice lady was very helpful with getting the step ordered and it was on sale. I was going to pick it up, but the shipping was less expensive than the gas it would take for me to get there so I had them to ship it home. I got home on Sunday and the step arrived on Monday. Great experience. Thanks PPL.

The product was not the same model ordered or pictured in the web site. It works but is not the one I thought I ordered. The web site states that electronics are not returnable, so I installed the detector.

I ordered a tube of Solasil GP Silicone and received a tube of Sikaflex 505UV Sealant. I can use the additional sealant I received and will reorder the silicone.
Found what I was looking for, put in cart, checked out, piece of cake. Received very timely, item was damaged in shipping, one call and issue resolved in about 20 minutes received replacement over night.
