The air conditioner shroud that I ordered white and what I got was "ivory." It was not consistent with your web page. It functions the same, so I'm keeping it.

I got concerned since I requested 2 day shipping, and the day before we needed it we hadn't received a tracking number; so I telephoned Christy at customer service. She didn't have tracking number either, but made some telephone calls, and obtained number for me, and the shipment was delivered on time. Christy was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable.

Service was great. Product was not as durable as I expected. I ordered a replacement door handle for my camper. The handle is very loose and no way to tighten it from what I can see. It will work, but just isn't the same as the original one.
