Called on Saturday,talked to a very nice woman who answered all of my questions, took my order, and promised four to seven business days delivery. Three days later,Tuesday, my water heater was delivered. Perfectly packaged, and exactly what I needed.
I got online and ordered my part and got the part I ordered, fast delivery and cheapest price I could find
We were needing a door gasket for a 1974 Dometic RV refrigerator, and PPL had the part at a good price, and they were nice on the phone; so, we purchased the part. For vintage parts I always check with them first!

Order was only shipped after I called to complain 5 days after order was placed, order showed up dirty and covered in what seemed to be caulking. Will shop else where for any further purchases.

Very good service on the phone call order. I was ready for their questions about the type and model number. Took a short time to explained the shipping rate options. I had bought a replacement water heater a couple of years ago. Was in the system so call didn't take long with my info on file. Well packaged no damage matched perfectly. I gave 4 stars because expected the water heater I bought from them to last more than 2 years, it started to leak at the bottom area. Still I returned to PPL because of the service I received on a weekend call before. W/h was in stock and got within a week.
