I ordered the Surface Mount LED for the back of my 16 foot service box van. I throws a lot more light than the florescent fixture I already had in there, if fact, I'm planning on getting another.

The agent with whom I place my order was very courteous and skillful. I placed my order on a Wednesday and "could have been knocked over with a feather" when it arrived the next day. Apparently, you have a distribution center in Portland, Oregon, and I'm in Southwest Washington. I will go to PPL first for any further items for my RV.

The whole experience with PPL has always been one of satisfaction with price and delivery. The delivery especially has always been fantastic, within 1-2 day delivery. Once the item was not what I expected so I called customer service and the problem was taken care of within a few minutes and the replacement was there within 2 days. How great is that!

I call to talk to a rep. To make sure that the air conditioner i wanted would fit in place of a smaller unit. The rep told me that she would have to call Coleman, and would call me back. I waited four days and got no return call. Finally did more research and found it would. So I ordered it, it was delivered quickly and fit right in. Never heard back from your rep.

I still don't know how the gps works because it's a Christmas gift. The delivery time was quick and your web site is easy to work with.
