Ordering was easy. I called first because I had a few questions and PPL customer service reps was knowledgeable. I have ordered a couple of times from PPL and both times I was very pleased with how fast I got my merchandise and will use them again if the need arises.
Good experience. No email telling me product was shipped was received. Delivery was a surprise. No big deal, but I was checking daily for the email.
It is difficult for a customer to rate their satisfaction with major boat purchases so soon after delivery. Most boat things purchased in the northern parts of the country are not installed and put into service until many months after they are received.
90 day warranties are meaningless.

This is a replacement for the one on my 1999 coachmen 5th wheel that finely deteriorated. Delivery was fairly fast but still raining here off and on have not installed yet it is as good as original.
