One of the vent covers I received was scratched on the top. Could have used more protective packaging.

An "F" and an "A" grade will always average out to a "C" unfortunately. On the first simple order they did great but never got back to me on another larger order. I will unfortunately have to go elsewhere...

It was ordered as a Christmas gift and I am hoping it works considering the box looked like it was used and returned was not happy when I saw the package I work for fed ex and got my order at the terminal and was not happy looking at the box now I understand why companies double box things because this box has def seen its better days it is dented ripped and not sealed

Really liked my cube for Directv I ordered. Works great and I paid extra to get the next day before I left town and that worked for me! Will do business again with PPL!
