You had a hard to find product at a reasonable price
The experience was great. I did find it hard to take that I needed to pay for a part that broke during installation. As I was pressing in a vent cover the plastic tab broke off. I called in and inquired about it and was told it would be $18.36 plus shipping. I feel that if the plastic piece is that weak it should be covered, already installed and should be replaced. Other than that, I like the unit and process.

Someone (probably the dealer we bought it from on Ebay) had installed too short of awning arms and these fit perfectly. Best price including shipping and easy site to navigate.
