Parts catalog is hard to navigate sometimes and pictures of the items would be helpful. Overall it is a satisfactory site, we have purchased from PPL numerous times.
Overall it was the lowest price for the product, it would have been nice to receive an e-mail when it shipped but when we questioned customer service they were helpful and it arrived the same day we asked, so just low marks on communication.
