I am very pleased with this company. My order was for a RV replacement roof and installation kit, when the roofing material arrived the installation kit was not with it. I called customer service, they looked into the situation and apologized for the inconvience and two days later the installation kit was here. I understand we are all human and make mistakes, its how we handle those mistakes that make a difference. I would highly recommend this company!

Winegard Carryout G2 satellite antenna was ordered on a Monday afternoon from the Seattle area. It was delivered to my home the next day, 22-1/2 hours after the order was placed online! It was shipped from a fulfillment center in the Portland, OR area. What service! I expected it to come from Texas. The antenna was new in the factory sealed box which was inside another box for shipping. It works great!
