Purchased the equalizer E4 hitch 1000/******* at an unbeatable sale price and received the shipment very fast (TX to OH). We were able to pull our first travel trailer with ease and less stress due to the great product and timely service provided.
Website was easy to find parts and placing my order was not difficult either. Parts were delivered quickly and shipping charges were very low, in fact the air conditioner I ordered was shipped to me at no cost.I am very satisfied.
I called customer service to make sure the parts I was ordering were indeed complementary with each other (the web page for the item was mislinked), and to make sure they were in stock as I had a relatively short deadline for delivery. I spoke with Dan close to closing time who was super friendly and competent. He looked the items up, assured me of their compatibility and availability, and provided me the timeframe within which the order would be processed and shipped out. The shipping company contacted me in the following days to arrange delivery which took place as arranged. All very professional. We've tried out the air-con, which seems to work, but haven't installed it, yet. Recommend PPL highly, and wouldn't hesitate to do business with them, again. Best price and excellent service.
