So far so good. Many choices on sewer hoses and no reviews. Hope it lasts.
After receiving my sewer hose, discovered that the connection was too long to fit in the confined outlet space and had to order an L shaped adapter.
Everything went well, no complaints.
We were extremely please with the salesman telling us the resigned model number for the Coleman A/C we ordered. Everything went well with our order, got A/C installed and it worked. We were happy, if we need another appliance for trailer trailer we will call PPL Motor home first.

We called to place the order, verified it was the refrigerator we were seeking, and that it was available. We could not verify the shipping costs with sales representative, so he suggested we place the order on line where the freight cost was listed. We did place the order on line. Think that the shipping did not occur since it was a Friday. We were able to track the shipment. The Freight Company did call on a Friday to make arrangements for delivery...we had to wait till Monday for delivery. Our timing was just a little off on placing this order or it could have gotten here 5 days earlier.

Have a problem with new Suburban SW12DE water heater I just got from you.
This pertains to my 2014 Heartland Bighorn 3010 RE which I reside in full-time here in Montana. I replaced the original Suburban SW12DE WH with identical model. Old unit worked fine until tank sprang a leak (in burner tube area where baffle was spot welded to the tank.
Installed fine, no problems. Changed out hot water check valve (NEW brass valve) when installing. 120V working properly as is 12V side. Gas burner showing correct blue flame, no soot nor yellow flame.
Problem is: I get about a minute & half to 2 minutes of 120º hot water then, it rapidly cools to luke warm (90º+/-) till tank empties.
I have checked numerous forums and manuals which states
1. Could possibly be exterior shower valves turned on (nope)
2. Possibly be WH bypass valve in wrong position (nope)
3. Winterizing bypass valves behind heater on water lines not in right position (Nope -
there are none nor ever have been any).
4. Faulty thermostat -? COULD BE!
Can you please help me with this problem? Winter is not far off and I don't want to be outside when it's Neg 40º working on the WH nor taking 2 minute showers when I come in from a cold elk hunt.

We received our new washer/dryer quickly by freight. It is a lot heavier than anticipated and requires two people to move into position because of the excellent grippers on the feet. Setup is easy, and there is even a test wash cycle procedure in the manual. After reading the on-line reviews, I am confident of the settings to use (slow spin, liquid fabric softener, etc.). Looking forward to using a quality product from Splendide.

Box was previously opened, instructions were missing, parts were missing,receipt was in the box from someone that bought a refrigerator, box was taped shut, NOT ACCEPTABLE!
