Found a little damage to the refrigerator that was not evident by the box condition. Will see how PPL reacts.

I tried to order from another site and they gave me a huge hassle. Pplmotorhomes had the part I needed and with free shipping. No brainer!
I was very shocked when my part arrived WITHOUT a new control box. Now I have to wait on that order to arrive also.

Never had an issue when ordering from you. UPS on the other hand in my area has no customer service. The hub manager and most of there personnel need customer service training
