I ordered awning for our camper and had no issues with my order. I also got the best price too. So very happy to do business with PPL.
The website was good, the checkout was good, the payment and shipping options were good.
The issue was the shipping container. A fork lift was used at some point along the journey from Texas to Nevada. The fork lift "forks"did not lift the unit properly. The fork was not completely positioned under the lower wood frame. The unit was lifted by the cardboard bottom and severely dented the compressor mount plate. I am a 50 yr FAA certified aircraft mechanic. I have the tools and experience to correct the problem, which is exactly what I did. I have installed the unit on the coach and it is working well. If you would like to see the pictures of the fork dent in the cardboard, I would be happy to send them. Please modify the shipping container. Thanks you Gary
