I contacted pplmotorhomes.com at the recommendation of an independent motorhome serviceman. He claimed that the best prices and service could be had here. I ordered a couple of items, A/C shroud and a vent cover. The person to whom I talked was knowledgeable and able to steer me to the correct parts and it seemed that they must have been shipped out the following day. Prices were reasonable and delivery fast. I will be doing business with them again.

Purchased electric tongue jack- jack went bad after less than 1 yr did not have receit but store employee found it and emailed me a copy. Sent to atwood who then sent me a new jack. Could not be happier cuddos to you and le/atwood
I purchased an 85 lb part that was delivered in 3 days. And that was at no extra charge. Unfortunately the part did not fit my new camper. Todd from Parts was exceptionally kind and assured me I could return it at their expense. JoAnne took over from there and provided Customer Service that was second to none.
This company has provided me with 3 rare qualities not to many have: 1) Best in Prices 2) Incredible Shipping Times 3) stand behind what they sell and have a honest return policy.

I ordered a new awning fabric, the sales person was very helpful in finding the proper fit and color for my motor home. (Awning fabric is installed at this time). Prompt service and shipping, but product was not an exact model match. So much wiring and adapting was required. As such a less expensive model would have also worked. I am overall satisfied just wish the description had been more accurate.

I called to place my order for an AC rooftop unit. The staff was knowledgeable and polite. Transaction was seamless and smooth. I was also very pleased with the shipping company that was used. R&L Carriers. As it was delivered to me on a semi, the shipper kept me posted regularly and the driver called me to set up delivery. Arrived with absolutely no damage to the shipment what so ever. Unlike my experiences with the two major delivery companies in the states. I can't say enough good things about this shipper.
