To top it off, he even sent out a tech to set up my equipment and stopped by to make sure I was happy. He was so accommodating I felt a level of security with him, knowing that he would do whatever it takes to make sure we had exactly what we needed and expected.

It was a fantastic experience that I assume would have been 5 stars had I actually used the product.
I gave it 4 stars because of ease of use and fantastic shipping. If I could include the use of product I would have hopefully been 5 stars.

We bought the machine from kimtech. He block our cash for 3 month. After when we warn them we are going top put case in court against them. They send us machine without software. Scanner was having mechanical problem. They stop responding emails and our phone calls. They are cheater. They are worst in Service.
Avoid from KIMTECH Canda and Mr Euegene.
