So far so good. I ordered an Apollo dirt bike from them. I wish the shipping was faster because it took almost a week for me to get it but I am in a rural area is probably why. I watched their video to help me with the assembly of it and it was pretty easy. This bike has definitely been a lot of fun and has gave me something to do to keep busy during the stay at home order.
They have no correspondence unless you call. The sales guy knows nothing about your order. You call leave messages at their 800# and they may call you back in a few days. You email them no response. Horrible never use them. Only reason I am still waiting for the item is they have my money and to get a refund I'm afraid will take longer than this order to be delivered..

I have been waiting 8 weeks for my product. No one answers when you call. And you just get the run around when you get an email response. No one can give you a ship date. Now I have to claim fraud to try to salvage a Christmas for my children certainly cant wait till the last minute to see if it shows pathetic it really is.
Do not buy from them EVER. They are scam artists. I brought a e scooter. It broke after a week. I sent it back, they claimed they would refund me, once they received the broken scooter they just stopped emailing me.
Bought a bike it arrival, was missing bolts and the throttle cable broke on the first ride. This was an Easter present for my son, it arrived late OK, stuff happens. Missing bolts that's a bad sign, brokn throttle cable on first ride, not cool. Been calling for 6 weeks and its all BS. They lie and lie, oh and you don't get the free ride gear or a title with the bike go figure. I'm warning everyone do not buy from here please. I don't want anyone else to have to deal with this place or people. Please go elsewhere and do your resource. I did and got sucked into a small family business that preys on people. I'm was disabled vet on a fixed income. This is not a patriot friendly company. You have been warned please press the back button now.

I bought a 125cc grom clone from them and everything went super smooth, i got the bike super quick, the title came in a week after. I had a few problems and the customer service manager Heather helped me out big time, i really recommend buying from them! I dont usually review places but i had to give them a review
i bought the honda grom clone 2nd edition, everything was smooth at first they got my money sent out the bike a month after late but its ok i dont mind the wait, bike arrived with a million issues ,i ask them for information on fixing each problem all they say is bring it to a license mechanic, i dont have that kind of money if i did i would of bought a real honda grom instead, its okay i fixed everything myself so i wasn't mad, but one problem still remains on the bike because i need new parts, i tell them that, they said it will arrive within a month and they will send it out, almost 2 months has gone by and they have stopped answering my texts when i call nobody picks up, this is a mess, my little brother wanted to start riding too so we bought a second bike this time from belmonte bikes , same price but their support actually care about you, please dont buy from these people you will regret it like i did, they dont care about anything. i have owned the bike for 2 months and i still havent ridden it, thank god i bought a second one from a different company because i was going to order 2 from them and i would of been screwed
I ordered a dirt bike over the phone almost to years ago for my son's birthday and I have not received the bike, or a refund, then as I'm keep in touch with heather she keeps tellin me bullsh*** about it's being processed, they turned around a ran my credit card for the amount of the dirt bike again after they already ran the card and took the money for the bike, so I was charged twice for a dirt bike I have yet to receive and now that I brought that to Heather's attention and have my bank statements showing this company ripped me off, now Heather will not return my calls or emails in regards to my refund... company is a scam
Ordered Tuesday, got payment receipt, they got their $. Today is Saturday, have received 0 shipping info, 2 emails, 3 phone calls, no one responds back... I want my $ back, I'll buy someplace else...
4 days is not very long especially when a bike is shipping to New York, You were quick to put a review without even giving it a chance to get your item which you received.

We ordered Apollo dirt bike on July 3.
Today is July 29. Nobody answers the phone. Nobody answers through email. We never get any responds on Facebook messenger as well.
Just once I heard a voice of Heather H. And without answer on my question she hanged up on me.
Then I got a few text messages from her with no clear information.
She promised to get information about our order and it last for many hours. Now we are promised to get refund. Why? So, they don't have it here in USA?
Why it takes to get respond from warehouse for many hours. We have cellphones now, we have internet... Why after 3 weeks we didn't get any updates?
Would you like to have such a deal?
If it's not scam this is very bad business.
If you don't want to get angry and upset your kid stay away from this company. If I can say that this is a company. My son is very upset now, I'm very angry and now I'm doubting about refunding process.
Received a dirtbike on Monday my son wrote it one time it stopped working emailed the company no response pay first in the warranty no response they just take your money stay away
This is a great website. There is a large variety of bikes and quads, and they even have go karts, helmets and other gear. They even currently offer a free pair of dirt bike gloves!
I ordered a Apollo X18 for my sons birthday and I am very happy with my overall experience, I went with Powerdirtbikes because they are BBB accredited. I ordered on Monday and received it Thursday before my sons Bday on Saturday so I am pretty happy and so is he.
After researching companies for weeks, read review and review, called place after place just to not receive an answer on the other end or a call back, we decided to go here. We ordered an apollo 70cc fully automatic dirt bike from this company for our sons birthday. Everything was great from the first phone call to the last of communications. The bike is wonderful, runs great, no issues. We did have to assemble small things on the bike but they let us know that when we ordered. My husband did it on his own, no issues, easy peasy. I did have two small problems which was they did not send the training wheels with it and the front fender that we had to assemble got cracked when my husband stepped on it. The staff there is so helpful, nice and professional. They got us our training wheels and the new fender out right away and they got the fender covered for us under warranty (which we were expecting to have to pay since it is not a defect with the bike, it was my husband's fault). They have warehouses they ship from across the country. We are in SoCal so this one shipped to us from Texas. We had it in TWO DAYS! The longest part was waiting for our payment to finish going through but overall, we had our sons new bike within a week from the time of purchase! Plenty enough time for his birthday, which we were really worried about! So happy with these guys! We will be purchasing again for our older son! Highly recommend! This company definitely needs more reviews as their customer service and shipping times is exceptional compared to other places! Always, always, always read your reviews and do your research on the company you are wanting to go with! We are so glad we did! You will NOT be disappointed with them!
