Power-Sonic

We got a price quote from them for batteries for a solar energy project in Dubai, but their batteries are super expensive. Power Sonic batteries are good, but they are still made in China, so they can't be better than American batteries like Trojan. If you're just buying one battery, it probably won't make a difference in terms of price, but if your buying a lot for a project, I suggest you look for others.

Their lead acid batteries are fine, but their lithium technology is outdated. They use cheap Chinese cylinder cells and slap a sticker with their brand on it.

They call themselves an international company, and they are because we've imported their batteries before, but their line of battery products is not all-inclusive. It seems that their line of products is mainly targeted to the US market.

Power-Sonic offers a wide range of lead-acid batteries and they've recently launched their line of lithium batteries. Their batteries are okay if you want something on a budget. However, if you need lead-acid batteries with really good quality, you'll have to either use Trojan or Canbat.

I think the title says it all... and one more thing that bothers me is that every time I call the company, the person I am looking for is unavailable. Either in a meeting or on lunch. I'm always asked to leave a voice mail or to send an email... but sometimes I need answers quick because I need to make decisions... anyway the battery is good, just a little pricey
