Ordered two pairs of shoes. The shoes do not look at all like the pictures. They look cheap and do not fit at the calf, too wide. For a return, they have to be returned to China. They offered you a 15% compensation. You lose your money. LOts of really bad reviews in trustpilot where many reviews have been eliminated because they were paid reviews and fake reviews

As always, speed in delivery. Great clothes and very well presented in the box. I returned a pair of pants because I did not like how it fit, and the return process has been very easy.

Who wants to pay for something and be told 7 to 10 days and two weeks later you can't even track it and you paid almost the same for shipping as what you bought and all they can say is wait patiently. There are many better choices available for buying online maybe 10 years ago I would wait that long for something.
