Forced to pick a "star" rating, if "0" was allowed that's what I'd select or minus "0". False advertising-2 pairs shoes- ad states leather/suede-actually PV material- website says 30 day return, full refund but no access on website to actual "Return Policy" criteria. Not until requesting a return can you access their return policy, when they finally offer the true nightmare you can expect & not "30 days" is actually15 days-& not easy-3 full pages of Return instructions - & certainly not quick as they work on bartering with refund % if you'll just keep the stuff. 1st offer to keep their crappy products@ 15% cash refund - to "accommodate costs to alter"-Chinese sizes extremely narrow & short, didn't fit -main reason for return-regardless of low grade material. I repeated my request to return for refund, I then receive a long involved explanation that since they're located in China, refunds only issued when original return item is received in their warehouse which can take sometime---so how about a 25% cash refund to keep the shoes? By now I realize I've basically been screwed because the 2nd pair I ordered@ same time still hadn't arrived (over 1 month later) & when they finally sent me the address to return to in China, it cost me several dollars less than the shoes cost. Customs alone:$23.00 then postage- I selected the least expensive return process. Of course, due to the international ship & country of origin, I'm unable to track the package. No doubt I'll never see a refund, if so-it won't be for the full amount. The 2nd pair arrived & as expected-too small & not leather as advertised -PV material & at this point I decided not worth return costs or exhaustive "offers" to keep, so I just gave them to someone that might know a person with small feet- otherwise I told this person to just throw them away. I believe they also run the "NoraCora" website that sells clothes. All I can say is buyer beware. I have very difficult feet to fit-hammertoes & the likes which creates desperation to find shoes somewhere that advertise roomy toe areas & materials soft enough to mold or stretch so as to alleviate some pain. Both the shoes I selected from this company indicated suede & leather & the pictures appeared to represent those materials, as advertised. Reality is far from anything that appears in pictures. Then the audacity to offer multiple refunds to keep something I can't possibly use. I can't afford to be scammed out of almost $70.00 & have nothing to show for it other than total of over $30.00 in return shipping costs, so basically out over $100.00. Returned over 1 month ago, no word, no refund, no way to track pkg & truthfully I doubt I'll hear anything. I'm angry. Any of the positive reviews on this site read comically- no satisfied customer writes in such weird terminology. They must have a dept. set up solely to create bogus positive reviews. Disgusted. I do have pics of what I got vs. copy of original website Ad, however afraid I'll lose this review & not be able to return after retrieving pics. It was questionable getting here at one point so I'm not going to chance that possibility. Advice: Do NOT order from this company as nothing they advertise is true- sizes, material, quality, refund policy etc, etc. Entire company is a big fat LIE.

Don't believe the rave reviews - THEY CANNOT BE REAL.
Problems on every level with POPZORA. First, the quality is the worst I've ever seen. Imagine fabric that Walmart would reject - that's what you get from this company. Items appearing to be "sweatshirt" material are nothing like it. Talking about the "POCKET CASUAL LONG SLEEVE PLUS SIZE HOODIE" - AUGHHH... It claims to be polyester & spandex - it is some horrible fabric, made from something completely unnatural - not even a shred of cotton here - static cling no matter what you do. I wore it to work and couldn't wait to get home and TAKE IT OFF. After one wash, the whole thing pilled and picked up lint like I've never seen. I washed it separately - can't even use it as rags because the fabric doesn't have any absorption, it's just awful.
The coats/jackets were much too small - "AS PICTURE COTTON CASUAL TRIBAL POCKETS COAT" and "PLUS SIZE WARM CASUAL HOODIE PARKER OUTERWEAR". The "RED BASIC ABSTRACT CREW NECK POCKETS CASUAL DRESS" is not only much smaller than described, it feels like the fabric has literally been painted - it's ghastly.
AND DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT RETURNING anything! There is a reason they don't talk about their return policy on the web site. First of all, the items arrive weeks after ordering after being smashed and jammed into the smallest package possible - They've been hanging for over 2 months and the wrinkles still look like creases! The return address is in California. BUT, when you request a return, you are instructed that you have to return the merchandise to China - Here is an excerpt from the email I received once I requested a return:
"Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China. According to our return policy, customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any other related return charges (including possible custom fee). Your refund will be processed after our return center received and inspected the return package."
Basically, what this means is that YOU assume the cost of the return shipping to China AND IN ADDITION these thieves will deduct from your refund ANY OTHER RELATED RETURN CHARGES, whatever than means AND CUSTOMS FEES! My order total was $200.69. After a return shipping cost of approximately $75.00 plus whatever other charges these unscrupulous people want to deduct, I could end up with NOTHING LEFT FOR A REFUND!
Don't take my work for any of this - ask specifically what the material is, ask for the specific measurements of the garment, find out the approximate weight of your potential order (or estimate it yourself) and call the Post office and ask them the cost to ship to Guangzhou, China because you most certainly will not be happy with your order. Then consider their wide open policy in their favor of ANY OTHER RELATED RETURN CHARGES AND CUSTOMS FEES because you WILL want to return this crap, I assure you.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT REGARDLESS OF WHAT YOU DO, YOU WILL LOOSE IF YOU WANT TO RETURN THE ITEM(S) FOR ANY REASON ONCE YOU ACCEPT THE PACKAGE AND POPZORA KNOWS IT! Your Credit Card Company can't help you in a dispute and neither can PayPal - I tried both. They both say that you have to return the items and I explained the problems with that option. The fact that Popzora misrepresents the items doesn't matter.
They are modern day CHINESE PIRATES!
I learned my lesson. I will NEVER buy another product from CHINA. They have the reputation they have for a reason - sneaky, unprincipled, deceitful, piratic, I could go on and on. It's about time America turned its' back on them and their businesses because their business practices are shameful and thievius. We are finally saying "ENOUGH" to China and it's way of doing "BUSINESS" and I couldn't be happier! Once they trick you out of your money, that's it!
