This bathing suit experience has been one of the worst and my life! They charge you initial shipping and charge you another shipping cost to return it. $12! I spent $18 on 2 items. SHEIN quality. Do not buy!
This company mails your product from China. It takes over 10 days to get your product if not longer. Although they show American women wearing their suits (which are very cute) they run very small. It's difficult to get in touch with customer service to make a return. If you do buy this product, definitely buy a size larger than normal.

I ordered 2 swimsuits and they never arrived. I reached out to the company and asked them where my order was and they said it was on its way. They sent me a weird tracking number for a company in China that said my order was supposed to be delivered March 6-11, they provided this information on 3/15. The
Status never updated and i reached out several more times and was told the order is on its way, however when I asked the company to refund my money they stopped responding. I had to reach out to Paypal to dispute the charge. I still have not received my swimsuits and it is now close to mid April. Big scammers, stay away!

1st order placed tried to be delivered as COD. I refused order, reached out to customer service and told me to contact the logistics company. I said that was not my job, that's what CS is for. So they said they would contact logistics to get order delivered to me correctly. Waited 3 weeks later and a few emails to CS and never received order. I asked them for a refund since my order was over $200. They offered to reship items
"Quickly"' I was naive and gave it and said to resend order on 3/3. It's now 3/17 and has been stuck in Chicago since 3/9. I've reached out to them 3 times and only got one response saying they would contact the logistics company. I even contacted BBB after 1st order disaster and they said they couldn't do anything about it.

1st time customer. I looked the company over forv6 months reading reviews before ordering. I checked their size chart and reviews and placed order. Order arrives but tops to suits are a size too small. I asked to exchange, but was immediately told no but offered $40 compensation on my $100+ order. I responded that I only wanted to exchange tops, as if the size chart was accurate I wouldve ordered correctly. 2nd response, told me to keep tops and give away, they will replace with larger size for $59.99 to cover shipping(?). I agreed to that with understanding they would deduct $40 offer from shipping amount $59.9[ and charge my card the $19.99 balance. Again offered to return tops. 3rd response was told NO,its either $40 refund or I pay full$59.99 (remember oriorder was a little over)$100. I feel like Im now being taken advantage of. Ive reached out again asking them to do right thing and sent correct size tops and charge my card $19.9[ and I pay to return the tops I have. But they said the were doing me a favor by giving me a choice. Ridiculous! My 1st experience has been horrible and I feel like this may be a scam, definitely reporting their actions as ive every correspondence saved and seeking other advice. BEWARE, customer service is NOT their priority.

Thumbs down. No response from company regarding my initiation of a return. I purchased 4 swimsuits but only 1 fits good the other's 3 is either stained or loose and used or the tags is not attached. I will NOT be repurchasing or recommending this website as I have in the past. Try Cupshe if you want a cheaper but nicer product, they respond right away with returns.

I had a very disappointing experience with Popvil. I ordered three swimsuits, but unfortunately, none of them fit. To make matters worse, they wanted to charge me more to return them for a larger size, which was more expensive than the original cost of the swimsuits. Instead of addressing the issue properly, they only offered me $20 as compensation. This approach to customer service is unacceptable and unprofessional. I won't be shopping here again.

I ordered two swimsuits, money was taken from my bank account. Days later I received an email stating my order was cancelled due to nonpayment. If that's the case then I need my refund! You cannot talk to a live person or send an email to inquire about your order.

They reject your returns even if bathing doesn't fit if u get any kind of sale / discount & you Get stick with item that doesn't fit and they refuse to exchange forv correct size. Horrible business for online shopping

My swimsuit arrived and it was way too big the medium felt like a large and there's absolutely no way to return it in the seamless way. I've had to reach out twice by the time they finally get something together. It will be over a month and I will no longer be able to return. It do not order from this company

I ordered six swimsuits. It took four weeks to recieve. They were cute but did not fit in the bust. I contacted the company as directed to request shipping label for return. They offered 70% refund and keep items or deduct 11.99 from total and get shipping label. I wanted a refund and shipping label. I have contacted them daily for two weeks and still have no label or refund.

I purchased 3 suits and all 3 were too long for my torso and I cannot wear. I tried to return it within 48hrs for a refund but not only would they not do that; after a short exchange, they blocked my email! Buyer Beware!
