I ordered 3 bikinis on the 8th of July. Received nothing. Got in contact by e mail, they keep me on a leash, then this, then that. Never again will I order at Popvil!
I have emailed and messaged so many times with zero response. NEVER received my items! Scam scam scam!
Had a bad time with tracking and returns. Not happy at all! Didn't get resolved
They dont help out customers.
I returned 2 items that when arrived didn't look like I thought they would and didn't fit me right. They offered me a percentage of my payment back, keepnthe items or return them for a full refund. I opted for the full refund as I wouldn't have worn thebitems anyway. I had no problem getting the refund, however, months later I found a bathing suit I liked and decided to purchase it. Immediately they sent me a refund and canceled my order. This was their response when I inquired as to why:

SO IF YOU RETURN ANYTHING THEY WONT LET YOU BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. What kind of business does this? So strange! Btw, they are also not in the USA. They are in China. They allude to the fact they are in the USA.
I would stay away from this company completely! My items arrived late, they did not fit, and poorly made. To top it off I paid close to 70 dollars and they are offering me 27 dollars to keep the products that I can't even wear. Sighting that it would cost me 43 dollars to ship them back! WHAT! I am not one to write reviews on a company, but please stay away! This is just bad business all the way around.
Absolutely beautiful great quality swim suits, Cover Ups and Dresses! You will not be disappointed. And the customer service always makes it right! Once you try you wont look back at the competition and you will be hooked!

Been waiting 3 weeks for my item to be SHIPPED. Contacted customer service sevtwo times and they keep telling me it's shipped. When I track it through USPS, it says it has not been dropped off to a facility yet. It seems like they just take your money without regard for you to actually receive your order.
Ordered from Popvilfor the first time, and they delivered! Not only are their suits beautiful but they weren't over expensive like others I've ordered in the past, and they were better quality! Happy customer.

Because of the price I thought this cover-up would be paperthin and probably would shred after one or two washes. It's actually thicker material! So cute I'm very pleased.

This suit is so cute! Good material and exactly as pictured! I am 5'7'', size 4 on bottom, 35A on top and I ordered a medium for torso but it fits perfect on bottom.
