I think that every mom, before shopping, looks around the shops and checks what can be found in them. One of the many stores I visit is Popreal. I can always find wonderful clothes at low prices. Thanks to this I have a guarantee that my crib looks like a princess. I can not make a model from it. In the end, it's up to each of us that our kids do not lack anything. I would recommend!
For two and a half years, they promise to refund me after sending their clothes back. I have records of everything. Please report them, if you have trouble. They are stealing your money. Lied about the time frame to receive items, they were 5 months late. Promises to refund did not. Sending out emails, how sorry they are... Complete fraud. Poor quality and size are all wrong. They write their own 5-star reviews are themselves. They wrote. They take your money and hope you go away. It is a complete fraud operation. Do not\\buy... Beware. I will report them asap. I ordered a dress for an event and the site said it would arrive in 5 - 7 business days. 11 days later, they didn't even have the dress shipped yet. I completed the online form to cancel the order. They replied in an email asking me to be patient. I replied to the email and immediately received a Sender Failure Notice. There is no phone number listed on their customer service site. This is a horrible company to work with and would recommend that everyone spend their money on a reputable site.

I will never again order from this site. Total scam. I ordered BEFORE Thanksgiving a pair of boots for my coworker's baby's Christmas. I ordered it early to give it time to get here. The order processing is supposed to take 7-10 days and now it's Feb 15th and the order is NOT HEARD OF! I tried calling them, only for a machine to answer the call telling me to leave my name and order number and saying they will call back. I received a call back during the late evening, days later only to not be able to understand the foreign speaker. Still trying to dispute the order with my credit card company. Waste of money and just a flat out scam. Never again. Don't buy from here, they might steal your money and you'll never understand their customer service. Very disappointed a sweet girl didn't get her boots.

I ordered three outfits from this company 5-5-19 and paid for the 5 day shipping. I still haven't received the items and they are claiming it's on way and offering coupons to order additional items. I paid over $75 and they are also offering me $5 cash back but no items. When did that become fair and logical? And the response time is horrible too.
This is the first time and the last time to buy clothes from them. Super bad service because I can't receive the tracking number at all after made a payment. No reply from customer service email and finally reach the staff to check my order status by Facebook. Finally I got my tracking number and finally received the parcel after 35 days! Bad quality clothes and it doesn't worth the price and super incredibly long waiting time!
They owe me 30 dollars. I've been waiting for more than a month to get my money back. Too unfair and unprofessional, deceitful traders. See for yourself! Here is part of the correspondence:

I ordered 16 mommy and me items from this site in April. The order was duplicated and payment taken twice. I contacted immediately and they said they would refund the duplicated order. That refund took nagging for 4 months and I finally got it after threatening to file a dispute with my credit card. The order that I wanted to keep came in about 10 shipments over the course of 5 months.my daughter outgrew all of the things I got her before they ever arrived and none were in season by the time they arrived anyhow. I had to email customer service weekly, checking on the order and they kept telling me it could take 7 -10 business days... after about 30 emails and 155 days I finally received my complete order. Don't order from this site... it is not worth the stress.

It has been 3 weeks since I purchased a couple of items. Received en email on the 26th of October saying that the item has been shipped with a tracking number. However as per the tracking number, the item has been received by courier on the 30th of October. Still not sure where these items are and when I will receive them

30 april 2019 i orderd 2 pièces. Till today i didnt recieve anything but $#*!. 30 e-mails further about the shipping and they will do nothing untill i recieve the pakkage. Stuppid people because that is the whole issue. Wont het nu money back and they lost the pakkage...
I ordered outfit with a shoe for my kid to wear on his birthday, I also chose the 5 days shipping cost so can get it on time... until now I haven't got it and my son's birthday was a week ago. I emailed them and they said that one item is not on stock, it didn't say that when I place the order. Now I don't want them and anymore and asked for a refund, they get back asking to confirm amount twice and now they said that it will take 20-30 days to get my refund. I don't know why they took $ from my account when they didn't have the item in the first place. I am NEVER going to shop from here ever again

I have purchased accessories and a dress for my daughter. And believe me product quality is excellent and exactly same as shown in the pictures.
I am totally happy with the products I received. One of the trustworthy online sites I have seen. I've have purchased from various different sites and apps but
None of them were really true to their customers, unlike popreal. For that, I respect them whole heartedly.
This is a joke-asked a question never received a reply from the company will NEVER deal with this company again. They do not respond to emails their customer service phone number is non-functional - they answer say all agents are busy and then you call is disconnected!
I ordered $155 worth of products with the intention of applying a 30% off coupon to the order. Chose PayPal to check out and it went through with no way to add the coupon. I wrote to them to cancel that moment and once I got a hold of someone they offered to apply the 30% off to more product that i could have free... umm... no it wouldn't be free since I've already paid the money. I want to cancel. They have written over 15 emails saying there is a delay in my refund and it will happen on xxx date, but it never does. I filed with PayPal to get my money back from this huge scam. I put in my order on Feb 8th. It is April 19th. Still don't have my money back. I feel sorry for PayPal having to cover the losses of this fraudulent company. Hopefully they get wise and will drop them as a customer.
I ordered almost month ago even if I chose express delivery for extra charge.
I think doesn't really matter what shipping method I choose because they gonna send really slow anyways!'

WORST Experience EVER!
I have placed my order 21st October which is more than 6 weeks ago and till now i did not receive it! It is a big order of 7 pcs, around 110$!
I emailed them many times, I guess its a robot replying, same reply everytime that my order is under process 3-5 days and tracking number will be shared, till now nothing!
All the orders are Christmas theme and now we are December 4th i did not receive it! It is useless to get it after christmas!
I paid with my Visa and i need to claim to get my money back!
I shopped several times with other website PATPAT and they arrived within 2 weeks perfect size good quality and great service! I did many photoshoot for my baby.
