The worst Popeyes I have ever been to. The mashed potatoes that I was served did not have a lid that sealed and I was uninformed. When I arrived home mashed potatoes were all over the sack. The grease that the chicken was fried in obviously had not been changed in a extended period of time. By far the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. If you want salty dark chicken this is definitely the place to go

Wrong color

Stopped in the Greenville, NC store several times and was never waited on. I was passed over several times for others that were behind me in line that were of color. If they are only for people of color they need to state it so as I do not waste my time. I have contacted CS several times with no reply. This has kept me and any of my 250 plus employees from eating at any of their restaurants.

The taste has significantly changed in the chicken something is wrong the last time I bought it was terrible I'm doing this because I love the chicken butt I won't buy it like that the price is too high for that.

Im glad cajun rice is back. But $5 for a large and it is not filled up to the top. 3/4 of the way maybe if you're lucky. Very dissapointed cheap a** and the chicken is small. Not a chicken, maybe they are using cornish hens

My son discovered after leaving and returning to the Popeyes store in Robinson Pa. Steubenville Pike, he was angry said a few choice words, the manager called police and reported that my son had a gun! No gun was found and he should have gotten a refund while police were there. Thank God my son didn't die over a mistake at the drive thru! I'm boycotting and I'm asking everyone to boycott until they realize racial profiling is not good for business!

My popeyes location just brought back the dreadful cajun rice. The first glimpse i caught of that rice made me want to give it lotion. It looked drier than my brothers elbows, and that says something. They done gave me undercooked rice, and that just aint it. When i shake it, it takes me back to elementary school bean maracas. But lets stop bashing the looks, and bash the taste. What does cajun mean to these people? Brown food coloring and pepper? It has no taste. Its gross. I want a full on refund. I feel like i just ate wet wall. Im honestly ready to sue and fight whoever made this, probably some 15 year old that lives off of tostinos pizza rolls and dr pepper. (i threw the receipt away with the bag)

Bad experience at Santa Maria location, the lady who took our order was rude and did seem to be care for customers service first our order was completely wrong, she did not even bother herself to repeat the order or tried to explain or even upsell, we asked for deluxe SW and the order came basic the F frise was offered half empty and when I asked her to put the proper quantity she said with straight face no because The other two order were full, I said no I need all to be the same and she still insisting on no, when the conversation started to become loud another gentleman came and politely apologized and offered new frise. I was so upset because first the order was wrong then the lady attitude was not right and sounded arrogant and rude. At the end of my meal I asked the manager about the location name because I wanted to write a review, he said what was wrong, I explained what exactly happened but the lady insisted on saying I did you favour as I initially put extra frise. I said I am not getting free food to do me favour I paid for what I ordered and you got me the wrong order because you do not have customer service skills or upselling skills and better for you to learn from your other colleagues. She replied loudly and in a rude way I do not want to learn from anyone. I left the location very upset since it started to get busy and I don't want to be embarrassed infront of other guests as it was no point to complain to someone who is not ready to listen. I am not sure why this time the service was bad from the first interaction with no smile and an employee who does not feel like to serve guest. Maybe because my wife was wearing Hijab and we were treated like this because of it.

This site on 52 in Hudson has the rudest girl I have ever met in my life, the girl with the half side died hair and that is saying something because people now a days are just plain rude. But this girl is on top of the cake, horrific attitude, horrible customer service, plain old nasty and horrible towards customers and other staff. She must be related to whoever owns this spot, because there is NO WAY other people haven't complained about here and she is still working there. She is literally killing that business and the young manager that was on duty, just watched and laughed as she was being rude to customers. Horrific attitude.

Stole my money

Ordered from website 60$ worth of chicken said they delivered but never was. Called the story and told me to fuk off basically rude and no refunds (edit) emailed customer service and they issued a refund

I visited store # 2362 on June 27 at 12:14 PM, when I left the store I realized that I had made a mistake in the order and I asked the man if he could help me and with arrogance he told me that he couldn't do anything, he noticed that I have an accent in the language and I felt his total rejection. I felt sad and had to make a new order and take the wrong order. Never in my life will I return to this location.

Longer ur with the company, more work ur expected to do. Being a manager means better pay more hours which is true. But at Popeyes training is terrible, ur expected to pick up as u go and when asked to do stuff ur needing to do it right there and then but when u need a favor help it's like ur a manager figure it out. More or less there for like 2 years off and on and wow had to be one of the worst experiences in my life Ben in fast food for ten plus years and the company cares more about money then the employees

I went to Popeyes in Pearland and on South Main & Murworth and the managers wasn't about $#*! the Anniversary they had with the 2pc for 59 was messed up to after u spend 5.00 & they made sure all the $5 & $6 specials was gone & what I ordered on the app they hadn't had in 2 weeks just had a bunch of false advertisements to get u to come to they restaurants I don't think I'm going to their restaurants no time soon. Smh at they service

Worse Popeye

This is the 3rd time I experienced the issue in witch the restaurant lack of organization the dine-in was closed no note on the door witch by the way doors was unlock, facility in disarray, employees attitude like can care less, short in many of the staples products. I will not use this facility for sure in the future.

Freaking HORRIBLE

Made an online order got to the location in 5 minutes, waited in the drive thru line 30 minutes, cashier was upset because I requested my fries fresh because cold fries are nasty, she told me "your order is already made." I DONT CARE my food is paid for and i my soda was sitting for 30 minutes so when I asked for them to replace that, they gave me soda with no ice. Let's not mention the lobby was closed when I walked to the door. A girl told me it was closed and I attempted to tell her I had an online order but she walked away. What's the point of online ordering if I had to still WAIT as if I was ordering?
