Food is good when they have it. Green Bay Wisconsin location is out of something too often. I've kept going back for personal purchases, it's a 50/50 chance I leave with an order. I will not do deliveries for Popeyes until they figure out what needs to be done to get it done. I show up to be told I need to cancel the customers order. Not good for anyone's business when they're out of chicken items and soda.

Went through the drive thru with a very simple order for 1 person, and they still forgot the fries and side of mashed potato. Both kids at the window were on their phones the entire time. I'm done with Popeyes! And no receipt!

This manager was very rude when trying to get his attention to advise the drive thru gave me the wrong order. He acted like a Mexican cartel who just got out of prison and only had the job because his patrol office required him to do so. He was not professional at all I was so afraid that he was going to assault me. I love this Popeyes chicken but I will not be returning to this location out of fear for my safety. When I got to the window I told them again what my order should be and they gave me what they wanted. Johnny Garcia when I ask what his name was he gave it to me like he was untouchable.

Done with Popeyes
October 19, 2023

Spent $80 on two family meals to go. Got home, missing a bunch of sides and desert. I called the store, they intimated that I was lying. I sent an email to Corporate with all the detailed information and copy of the receipt. A week has passed and not a word for from Popeyes corporate. Apparently they don't care about customer service. I used to be a Popeyes customer, no more!

Ever since Popeyes was sold to restaurant brands international, The quality of the chicken and the preparation of the food service has steadily gone downhill in a surprisingly and unexpected way!
I have tried to forgive and forget, on more one occasion, but I keep getting the same results! "Terrible
Food". My only other consolation, Is that I once enjoyed fried chicken the way I loved it for so many years! And the way I believe the original founder mean't it to be!

So long Popeyes!
I have since canceled my rewards account!

Bad service bad food

Employee are rude. Chicken box was open and spilt. Biscuits are hard half filled mashed potatoes and half filled cole slaw. Popeyes could have good food but the employees don't appreciate their jobs. It's not worth the money!

Substandard

We went to Popeyes on Zero St. In fort smith Arkansas and the air conditioning was not working and it was near 90° outside. We got take out since their was no air conditioning. When we got home 1 order was wrong and all the food tasted like it was leftover from the day before. Needless to say, we will never go back. Not to mention the kid that took our order was very dirty looking and not friendly. If I were running a food store I would hire someone clean and customer friendly.

Misleading and dishonest

Just drove through to order from Popeyes for the first time. We ordered a family meal which show 19.99 on the website but they charge 29.99 that was 10$ more I asked why and they said the 19.99 price was for order through phone, WTH! That's $10 more and what's the difference of service? The website should be more honest and transparent with the price. So midleading and so disappointed never go back again.

It tasted like $#*!!

I've been going here since I was little and enjoyed it but it has definitely taken a turn for the worse. The people taking my order did not listen to me at all. After I started eating the meal I realized that the regular chicken tenders tasted like barf, but my father, who was with me at the time, believed it tasted more like soggy toilet paper. While the biscuits have definitely improved the beans and rice gave me the blazing $#*!s. The spicy chicken tenders were definitely not the same and they are bland with spice while the others are just bland. All in all we believe that Popeyes sucks $#*! and you should go to Crispy Crunchy Chicken at your local gas station.

100 Debaun loop in Chesapeake va has the worst service I've ever seen. I ordered my food then waited 15 minutes and got annoyed so I pulled back through the drive through for them to tell me they hadn't even start my order. Mean while every car behind me was getting their orders and the workers say '3 more minutes' but it's been another 10. Popeyes also doesn't do refunds even if it's their $#*! up how about that.

I cannot speak for the rest of the nation, but here in Connecticut the service is atrocious. It's so bad that it can't be an accident. I mean every take-out order is done wrong, and forget about doordash, The lids are never put on properly so it's a total mess when it reaches your home. I've been experiencing these problems for well over three years and the Corp. doesn't give a damn. I love the chicken but not worth the aggravation. All I can say is they are extremely lucky that I'm paralyzed from the chest down or I would've went down more than one pounds franchised slap the workers or manager for that matter silly. At this point they truly do not care about fixing it, and I expect it has to do with wages. I have no photos because it's been over a year and 1/2 since I made a purchase.

Move faster it dont take 20mins each car we pulled in at 8:31 its 9:13 and we have moved two spaces no exaggeration people standing outside to smoke no food is getting made a big waste of time…. The way that the drive thru is you cant get out of line literally just sitting stuck for no reason

Horrible

If there were an opportunity for zero stars, I would give it that. Mobile order to picked up at 4:25. Arrived at that time only to be told by rude front employees, then manager, it would not be ready for another 15 minutes. In 23 minutes, I received order, missing some items I ordered. Very frustrating. I will not be returning!

Millenials and Gen Z'ers with a cob up their butts that they have to 'work'. No personality, no concept of customer service. When's the last time one of these young generation employees actually said 'thank you' for your purchase? Of course in some cases they don't understand or speak English so I guess some allowance should be made.

I bought sides the other night what a disappointment! Mashed potatoes gravy were great but also bought red beans and rice did not like it at all dont know what everyone says wooo it's the best not! Biscuits have always been good not this type no fluff and dry and testing old! Bought gallon of tea very good! Now order taker at microphone was not listening and acted like he didn't know the items on order screen. Guess next time will have to go farther maybe food better at another location. You know they say the cooks are who makes food taste great I truly believe that!

I just purchased two meals through drive thru at the John B. White, Spartanburg new location, for the first time. It was difficult to hear and understand the person taking the order. I ordered two #2 combination meals with coke/SPECIFIED white meat only; 2 Coleslaws, 3 apple pies. At home, we received legs and thighs, dark meat, 1 coleslaw. The portions were very small, like children's meals. I can't see me paying $31.21 for two kid's meals. The mash potatoes and coleslaw containers could not have fit more than 3 tablespoons of content. Never again, a rip off, and wrong order.

No chicken

The worst customer service. They didn't know what chicken they had dark or white. Didn't know how many pieces they had. When asked the guy said a little bit. It's 8pm, why take my order when I asked for a 16 piece and you don't have what I want. The worst place I've ever been and I'll never come back

Popeyes stole 20 bucks from me.

I made an online order, used a gift card, had to fill the gift card with money from a credit card because they don't allow split payments.

Show up, store is closed. They refund all to the card.

I'm never returning to Popeyes. Their service is slow, food is cold and dry, employees are rude, and online customer service is abysmal.

So I'm out 20 dollars since it's a gift card that's now tied to my email. They refuse to refund me.

Thieves.

Worst Customer Service

If I could give the establishment a negative star I would itsl doesn't deserve 1 star. The customer service is so poor that I will never go back to a Popeyes and I happen to love Popeyes but the manager at the store on Wilkinson attitude is so disgusting it makes no sense. She needs to be replaced with someone who has better people skills.
