I ordered at chicken sandwich and found a big $#*! cockroach in my sandwich then tried calling twice and none of them answered to show them that there was a cockroach in my sandwich. I also told them that to not put pickle and tomatoes in my chicken sandwich when i was ordering and they still put them on so i had to take them out

Longer ur with the company, more work ur expected to do. Being a manager means better pay more hours which is true. But at Popeyes training is terrible, ur expected to pick up as u go and when asked to do stuff ur needing to do it right there and then but when u need a favor help it's like ur a manager figure it out. More or less there for like 2 years off and on and wow had to be one of the worst experiences in my life Ben in fast food for ten plus years and the company cares more about money then the employees

OMG, I worked Katrina and I never ate Popeye's while in Lousiana! Mixed reviews of their food then. So, here it is years later and I decided to drive up to Popeye's an someone needed to shot me! The food was horrible, simply horrible! So, I am to understand that they are celebrating 50 years... and it will be another 150 years before I would ever eat at a Popeyes. The food is horrible and I ended up throwing it in the trash. Be fore warned of this horrible establishment.

Worst experience ever.
December 27, 2022

I completed my mobile order, went to the store, and they didn't fill my order. They didn't call like they said they would, either. They proceeded to say they didn't have the sandwiches on my order, but they could give me the rest of my order. I said then I need a refund. The cashier said they don't do that. I said, you won't give me my order and you won't give me a refund. After 20 mins of me trying to call the number for the help line, trying to use the app to talk to someone, and talking with the cashier bout the manager not being available. The cashier then offered me mini sandwiches. He said they just got an order in. He LIED. He said the truck just brought them. There was no truck in the parking lot. I have been to this store previously and had an issue with the app, and they were not helpful or accommodating in any way. They are not helpful; they would not help me get a refund. I love popeyes food, but I will no longer support this restaurant.

I went to the Westminster store. I ordered three piece chicken fingers, no sides. The fingers were cold. I had to ask for napkins, ask for sauce. After my order was completed, I had to ask for my receipt. On the plus side, I got five fingers and only ordered three. This is the first time I have had all of these problems but I won't be going back, too much competition in the same area.

Great food AND service!

Southern fried yumminess! Make sure to get the red beans and rice, it's addictive! You'll need to make room in the bag for more sides, like mac & cheddar cheese and green beans & bacon. And those biscuits? Way good!

Fast and friendly service. I won't go anywhere else.

01/16/24 at Sahara and Jones Las Vegas NV approx 6-6:15 pm. Pulled in drive thru to get combo. 1 car at window and 1 car at speaker to order and then my car and others behind. NOT 1 car got to order until the window car left leaving at least 2-3 spaces in between at cars to get products. When it was my turn, I just drive on thru. They can keep their products if they can not service their customers quicker.

Terrible

Only one in drive thru I thought great! But no no After waiting 10 mins only to find out their drive through doesn't work (no sign) then 10 mins at the window for drawer change no apologies then 10mins for the food. Terrible service and I counted 4 staff. I've gotten faster service with 2 ppl elsewhere. Milk Seffner location the worst

Disappointed

I ordered a classic chicken sandwich. When I received it, there was enough mayonnaise on there to cover 10 sandwiches. It was
All on the outside of the bun and all on the inside of the packaging. Very sloppy,very disappointed.

What side outside the restaurant order through the app for the free chicken sandwich plus our eight piece meal that app automatically jump to Windsor Ontario and we cannot get our money back or any food you have to send them an email and they will get back to you within 48 hours caution everybody make sure you receive product before paying let's try Kentucky fried chicken

It's a shame!

Popeye's used to be our favorite chicken place. We loved the chicken strips and Mar y Tierra. Now we won't visit anymore. The chicken strips portion is pathetic and it doesn't taste the same. The strips by just looking at them are very different. It looks like pressed chicken pieces.
It is a disappointing experience. We hope it goes back to the way it was

The Popeyes location in Belle Chasse, LA is absolutely ridiculous with their wait times. I have never once been to this location without having to pull in the front and wait for at least 25 minutes. This is supposed to be FAST food! They need to do better!

Recently went to the Popeyes at the Menlo Park Mall in Edison, NJ, where I was cheated. The menu says 3 piece combo for $12.49. The combo includes one side and a small drink. When the order came, it had a medium drink and an extra $1.00 charge for the medium drink. When I said that I didn't order a medium drink, the server, also the manager, said that they didn't have small drinks. When I asked why wasn't I told that when I ordered, and complained that you can't just randomly charge people for something they didn't order, I got a shrug of the shoulders and a "sorry". They offered me another piece of chicken, but no refund. This is fraud. Do not eat there. And, by the way, the fries were awful and the chicken was so-so.

Terrible service
August 18, 2022

Waited 10 min to get to speaker, didn't mind that. Waited 10 min in front of speaker before able to place order, I minded that. I was then told to pull forward and wait for order, approx 2 min, she said. Waited another 10 minutes then food came out. Fries were soggy and the shrimp I waited for was Luke warm. This was at the Greenfield Indiana location.
No concept of "fast food" or the reason for a drive up window.

I ordered on the app and when I went to the drive thru I was told they would not give me my food unless I went in.
Actually told me that if I wanted my food I would come in and get it.
I use the app and drive thru to avoid going in places because I have an Ill family member.
They made me go in to get my food that I already paid for because obviously they felt like it at that time.
Unacceptable, and total BS
All this in addition to the construction ongoing making it almost impossible to get in and out.

Had to use pickup order on the app.had to wait 15 minutes pass pickup time order was wrong sent it back got order was wrong again didn't get Receipt on E.Berry spent 39.00 ever upset will think again before using the app and that location

I go to Popeyes every Monday at Cherry Lane. The staff is great there. The food is usually good. You never know rather you will get enough chicken in the meal. Smaller pieces being served and Prices went up another 1.00 since last week. If they keep going up and soon I will have to limit my visits due to this.
Today all my normal staff was busy and the one person that was avaliable took way too long to come and help me. Can barely read the ticket and not sure of the name.
Can't scan the ticket in but #4528 location, Order 63 on 10/9/23.2 piece combo meal.
They don't have a scanner so you can't put it on the app to build up points for dicounts and free items.

How is he back

My question is how do they bring MD back there when he thought another employee was underage and tryna to invite them to his house. He married with a new baby and rois you need to be fired he asked ne to have sex numerous of times saying very inappropriate things towards me and other females check the camera u will see MD outside talking to me.

I went to the Popeyes in Sunnyvale, Ca recently and ordered a chicken sandwich. I returned to the counter and wanted a little extra mayonnaise for my sandwich. The "kid" manager refused to give me any and after I told him I would pay for it he still refused. This is a franchise, but I called corporate and they told me this is not their policy and they would follow up and get back to me. They never did and the same thing happened two weeks later. I am done with Popeye's forever and would love to see them go out of business.

Day old chicken
January 8, 2022

We stop there 12 noon on 01/04/22, had two chicken sandwiches. Which were very good and decided to order 8 pice chicken (at a cost of $28.00 and change) to go and have for dinner. A BIG MISTAKE. Once home, open the box I found the chicken looked old and hard. Tried to eat a piece and found it to be old and dried out. This chicken was not fresh, it had to be a day or two old because it was uneatable, old, dried out and unfit for human consumption. Caution, check your take-out-order before leaving store. Like to have my $28.00 back
