A few weeks ago I found myself in need of a new chlorine generator for my above ground swimming pool. I've been very pleased with my current chlorine generator over the years and was looking to replace it with another Aqua Trol generator. I went to a number of on-line pool supply vendors and most had the Hayward Aqua Trol Chlorine generator in stock. All were priced the same except the one at PoolZoom.com which was 50.00 less. That represents a 5% savings and I have previously ordered from PoolZoom.com and the ordering process and checkout was as easy this time as it was the last time. I ordered the chlorine generator on a Friday and received it the following Thursday. Easy ordering and Great service.

They sent me the wrong item, and now want me to pay for return shipping. I have called them twice and explained the problem. They don't care and eventually hung up on me. So I am stuck with the product or have to pay return shipping to get a partial refund. Terrible customer service. Don't ever order anything from them

I recently used Pool Zoom for the 1st time. I was unsure of the part I needed so customer service offered to do some research and get back to me. They emailed me the next day and I placed my order. Delivery of my order was exactly on the date anticipated and the part(s) were exactly what I needed to complete my Spring start up project.
Needing a valve for my pool and went to Leslies pool in my home town and they were no help at all. Went on line and Leslies, Amazon both were out of stock, so I searched other websites and pool zoom said they had 10 in stock. Order it and the correct part arrived very quickly. I am pleased with them and will use them again very soon.

I ordered a Hayward high flow 1.5 hp pool pump and paid for it. Pool zoom states that the pump will arrive on the 16 th of July two weeks later. When I finally get to day 16 the pump never arrives so I call. There warehouse in which they say sooty it has not shipped yet. So later that day they said it will go out and arrive on Monday the 20 th. It does arrive then I call back and they said sorry that pump is now out that they no longer sell that pump, this company continues to lie over and over. Stay away from this company. They continue to lie to you over and over. They have the worse service. Poor business practice. All they did is hold my money and never delivered nothing. Beware of this company.

I had my filter strainer crack from the cold storm we had in Texas since I forgot to drain it before the storm. I ordered a new one from Poolzoom and installed it with ease. It was a perfect match and now Im back in business. Thanks Poolzoom!

Pool Zoom sent the product in a timely manner. However, we needed to return the item which had not even been opened. It was a $345 item, so although they did take it back, they took off for shipping (which I totally understand) but also a 10% restocking fee of $34.60. So, whatever you do, do not buy any item you think might have to be returned because you will lose your $. Crooks! My item was perfectly fine to resell.
They are also very hard to get a hold of! Leave a message with returns dept and they NEVER call you back. You have to call again and again to try to reach someone to get an RMA number to even do a return.
Ordered a product from this company and then they did not send the product out. They talked about a 3rd party overseer and asked for more information. I tried calling and could not get through. I tried responding to emails and could not get through. I'm in the pool industry and If I treated my customers this way I would be out of business. There are many companies out there that appreciate your business this is not one of them. I never right bad reviews but this company has upset me soo much that I just had to. Don't even waste your time.

Worst experience ever. I ordered the floating umbrella 2 weeks ago, they don't email about my order, they cancel it but fail to refund my money. I call and the guy says it was not completely canceled just on hold. So I tell he I want the item but don't want to be charged again. He tells me I won't be charged again, we'll the was false. They charge me again and I call again. Now a lady tried to tell me I was refunded. All I wanted was the umbrella for our pool. I will not be ordering from this place again
I received my Hayward Control Valve sooner than expected. I replaced my old leaking valve the next day and it solved the problem, It was easy to install and the new control valve works better than the old valve ever worked. If your control valve is leaking or hard to turn, order a new Hayward control vale from PoolZoom; you will be glad you did.

The parts arrived quickly but were the wrong size. Advertised by Hayward (the manufacturer) as the standard size for all H series pumps, heaters and filters, but doesn't fit the Hayward H400 gas pool heater. Coordinating the return now.
