Ordered our pool in February and we got in within 2 weeks. Not as easy to install as originally thought. I would make a suggestion that they tell customers to do a water table test BEFORE they buy. Had I known this I wouldn't have ordered the pool with an 8' deep end. If I had got one with 6' end we would've been fine but since hitting water we've been at a standstill and it's now July! Finally found an installer willing to help us finish. Praying we have a pool by the end of July!

Very resonable prices
Found what i needed at best price. Order status is not updated which caused me to call twice. Also plastic bag for storage is too small. A 2 1/2 gallon storage bag works much better.

Placing an order on the website was very easy but I wanted to ask customer service a question I called at 2:00pm today and left a message and at 5:00pm still have not received a call back. Called the 800 number again and I was caller 6 and it looks like they will be closed for the day before I get to talk, guess I will go ahead and place my order.
