Nikki, the customer service representative with Pool Warehouse, was persistent in remedying a faulty 3-in-1 game table (the top had styrofoam imbedded in it). She pressed her supplier to replace the top, then, when they sent the wrong wood finish top, pressed them to replace the replacement, and finally, when the shipper billed US rather than the supplier, she persisted in having the supplier pay the bill. It took months for her supplier to come through, but she kept us informed each step of the way until all was very happily resolved. Thank you, Nikki, and PoolWarehouse; our grandsons are very happily playing games on the very nice looking game table!

Poolwarehouse was a lot of help when calling/ordering our new in-ground grecian style liner, Showed up on time and fit great! Took about an afternoon to replace, A lot easier than I though It would be!
Tank lid was a perfect fit; came with decals and pressure relief valve. I would recommend this seller to if you need this part.
Website is a little difficult to move around, but overall good so far. Update after install. If you have a diving board installed in center of deep end you may need a Y strap. Was informed pool warehouse does not sell. Had to order from eBay. For the overall fit it's excellent

It's rare to find a company online that you can actually call and talk with someone who knows what they are talking about. The level of knowledge and service I received was impressive to say the least. It was hard work building our pool but having someone who knows what they're doing help you lay everything out on the front end is worth every penny. I would have honest paid more just to work with Jones, my salesman. Keep it up guys. I'll send pictures of my pool this spring, we've already closed it for the winter.
Beware when dealing with this company. We ordered a pool kit from them two years ago and the liner is already discolored. The customer service rep claimed that the warranty only covers tears at the seams but he would pass the information on to the manufacturer. They kept telling me that it was likely due to a chemical imbalance so if this happens to you they will expect you to have kept a record of all your chemicals to prove that it wasn't your fault. It wasn't enough that we use the in-line chlorinator that they sold to us as part of the kit. You would think that they would stand behind the products they sell, both in the chlorinator and liner, but they don't. After requesting pictures the representative stopped emailing me back and even a phone call went ignored. When I finally threatened to report them to BBB I was able to get through to a supposed supervisor, Jonathan, who said his father has had the same issue. This is obviously a common problem that they make no effort to inform customers of. Before spending $10k+ ask yourself if you want to deal with this kind of customer service WHEN something goes wrong!
They were wonderful in telling you what you needed. I only wish they had asked how we planned on cleaning it. We would have done things different. Also these Pool kits can't be unloaded by lift. We had to use our tractor. There was no way the driver could have gotten it off. Very helpful though when we had problems or questions.
Website was confusing. I phoned three times and was disconnected twice. Then I left a message for call back which never happen. Called again today but reps do not seem to be knowledgeable about your website. Very confused. Stupid that I have to buy two of these three times to make up my order. We need to talk about being more user friendly
Honestly, I was apprehensive about ordering a pool cover online. My husband wanted yo purchase one from a local pool service store for about $700 more than the online price, but an inferior quality. We decided to take our chances and order from PoolWarehouse, and I'm so glad we did! The customer service reps were friendly, competent, and extremely helpful. They answered all our questions. We are very pleased with our cover.
I have not installed the parts I ordered yet--but they appear to be exactly what I needed. The initial order process was a little rough because the system seemed to place a double order--I called and spoke to a very nice lady who said she would look into the problem--but I did not receive a call back as she committed. But, she obviously fixed the issue because I only received one set of parts and was billed correctly.

Was worried about dealing with you at first but everything came together at the end thanks to the customer service provided by Justin Busch. He was knowledgeable and took care of my issues. Plan on dealing with you in the Spring but hoping Justin is still there. Would be nice if you had only one person to deal with through out the whole sale. I didn't like dealing with other people right after the sale who were not familiar with the order. Justin was a problem solver.
After package was dropped off and bringing it into the house which was not easy. Open box to put together and found the table top felt and table edge was damaged. Contacted pool Warehouse waiting for replacement instructions and time. Other than that everything was fine. Hoping to resolve this quickly for Christmas. Then I would upgrade my experience.
Really enjoyed working with Luke on my pool kit. These folks really know there stuff and provided exceptional customer service during the whole process. I would highly recommend them to others and I will be back to buy a pool cover.

Great customer service but we are very disappointed that we are now in a delay of finding someone to move the 600 lb table into the room in the home! Trucking company had no options what so ever I just hope we can get it inside before it gets ruined setting in the garage.
No option to choose separate shipping address. I don't ship to home only to my office. This should be an option for all transactions.
