Ordered pool filters! Never got them! Wish I knew what to do to get others to stop buying here. There should be a way to stop jerks like this! Wish I had been smart enough to do my research before I ordered! How many terrible reviews can a company get and still survive.

Called three times in one day after waiting 10 days still not receive shipping info. I was hung up on twice and on the third phone call I asked for a refund and order cancellation in which I was told I could not get refunded and when asked to speak with a supervisor I was then told they are not available.

Wouldn't return my money and wanted me to pay for restocking fees for a product lost by UPS. Finally received the pump the following week after purchasing another from a different company just to get my pool running. They offered no help with UPS no discounts for my time and money lost. Shop somewhere else with dependable customer service. I kept the pump lesson learned they were to much of a hassle.

They sent me a pool light instead of the spa light that I ordered and paid for. Then when contacted they admitted to the mistake but Refused to fix their error unless I paid to have the light shipped back and paid them a "restocking fee". Don't buy from this incompetent company.

I ordered this ladder due to the fact it would get here in time for a party I was having. When it had not shown up I went to find out where it was. I was told that it had not even been built yet and was still at the manufacture. So here I sit 2 weeks after my party and still no ladder and no info on when it will arrive.

Fell in love with the site layout, but is anyone home? I can't get any attention, and have sent 4 emails and 3 voicemails. All I really need is some help with the part I ordered. It looks different than the old one, and I don't want to tear down everything until I know. I guess I have to go out to the internet to find my answer, but it would be nice if the company you buy stuff from can give support on how to use their products. That, plus the non existant communication after my transaction was complete makes this company a low baller, not recommended!

I ordered a back up valve for my polaris cleaner and based upon the information in item description, ordered it. It arrived and I could see that it was the wrong item. I notified them for return information and they asked if I had original packing ( I did) and wanted pictures of product before they would authorize a return when the order information clearly indicated that I had only received it in a couple of days. I think that the return shipping charge of $15.00 was excessive since it was returned normal shipping and the 15% restocking fee was as well. I ordered from a different vendor and received with no issues. I would not recommend this retailer as have several other customers based upon the reviews.

I receive the sta rite pool pump part that I ordered in a timely fashion. In less than 60 minutes i had my pool pump working perfectly again. No hassle. It was a pleasure working the Pool supply World. Great technical support. I will contact them again when i need repair products for my pool.

Pool Supply World sold me an old version of some pool equipment that they had in their warehouse. I am not able to use this equipment with the latest features because the unit they sold me was two years old when they sold it to me. The more recent version that I needed was out for over a year already, but Pool Supply World only had old stock and sold it to me as if it was the latest revision. I now would need to spend over $300 more to get the feature that I wanted to work. Pool Supply World told me that they sell whatever is in their stock, no matter how old it is, and they consider it to be the latest! Buyer Beware! If you shop with Pool Supply World you will get what they have in stock, even if it is years old and outdated revisions. They don't seem to care.

Ordered chemicals from them which turned out to be way out of date. Tried to deal with them by phone and chat and usually was "disconneted" when transferred. One manager, matthew, wanted me to use the chemicals in a manner inconsistent with the manufacturers explicit directions and then got angry when i wouldn't agree to do that. Said he tested water at a leslie pool store for years--like that's a vote of confidence. Told me the company was owned by leslie pools. I finally disputed the charges with american express. I will never, never deal with that company again. I see their reviews are consistently very low."

Return policy is not real. No returns allowed for us on a sealed item. We ordered the wrong item and wanted to get the right one. Got it somewhere else and still have a $500 pump that is not needed bc we have a booster pump

Ordered a filter for my spa and it took exactly one month before I received it. I kept calling and speaking to a rep named John and he kept putting me off. Finally I received it. Wished I had bought on Ebay where I could rate the seller.

I placed an order on May 2nd. Its now July. I called, emailed, fb messaged and was told once they would email me tracking and didnt even do that. I contacted the better business Bureau and pool supply world never responded to them. I never received a refund. Do not give them your money.

I had an issue with an order that was damaged. I sent the pictures and they immediately put an order for a new part. I don't usually buy online because of such issue but they are amazing on how fast they took care of this. I got the part the next day! They are awesome!

Nothing but great things to say about our new pool supply store. We have shopped online for years - we recently bought a new home with a pool. It had nothing. It was green - it was nasty. We started with a robotic pool cleaner and started from there. We ended up replacing our pump, our filter and lastly our heater. Can you believe that we had a pool heater ordered from a location in California and they delivered it to us in Florida - three days it took. Not bad - Not bad at all - we are so happy we have told our three friends who live on our block as well as I called my sister who owns a pool. They have the best price as well as great customer service. They have won me over!

I ordered four items from Pool Supply World over a month ago. I have since received 3 of the items but waiting on the 4th... a simple pool brush. You CANNOT get ahold of anyone there to get information on the order. I have tried the online chat, calling, and e-mail with no success. Do not do any business with them.

I had to conceal my pool order and was told that they would refund my money and not ship out the pool. I was told that I would see my refund but after more than a month I still have no refund and they tried to ship the pool even though I told them a month ago not to send it and give me my money back. Can't reach the company, they don't respond to my emails! Don't Use This Company find another company for your pool!

Untested product

I received my pool cleaner in December so it will be a few months before I use it. As far as poolsypplyworld, I'm confused why they had to google my home (this is what I was told when I called in after emailing my verification of the two withdrawals on my CC with no response) to se if I had a pool! My pool was put in in late August so it wil be a few years before it shows up on google maps. Delivery was slow however they saw fit to hit my credit card the minute I hit purchase.

Unhappy customer

No service after sale only warranty when buying from pool supply world is 30 days no manufacture warranty. Bought a gecko alliance product thru pool supply world company a gecko board for hot tub less then two years old. Told it has 2 year manufacture warranty... Contacted gecko alliance CANADA no service from either company.MY proof of purchase number EPA*******
