I bought a Ray-Maxx Clear Solar Pool Cover from Pool Deals less than a year ago. It is falling apart. I contacted Pool Deals for support. I was told that I would have to contact the manufacturer. When I asked for the contact information, they refused to provide it.
Just terrible in every way. Do yourself a favor and save money and time, go somewhere else. I am not even going to take the time to write an complete review. Trust me, they suck in every way. They should be shut down. NYC, figures!
I'm filing a complaint about your company! On July 19th we ordered The above pool liner and paid for expedited shipping and processing! Yesterday I called CUSTOMER SERVICE and spoke with Clark, who stated for some unknown reason it was still sitting in the warehouse he was going to contact them personally to get the pool liner shipped and my husband would have an email confirmation close of business yesterday! This did not happen I called again to DJ and spoke with Clarissa who again stated it was still sitting in the warehouse! I responded that this was not acceptable considering the fact that we had paid for expedited shipping and were told at the time we ordered that we would have the liner within 3 to 5 business days. Hope your customer service agents were not very friendly and didn't seem like they caredThat we have been waiting to get our liner! At this time I told her to proceed to cancel our order and a full refund to my husbands account which had better be done within the next 24 Hours otherwise I will be filing a complaint with my states attorney general office as well as the Better Business Bureau! After reading some reviews online about your company it's no wonder that we have gone through this experience, we will never ever shop your company again and I will be posting online reviews anywhere I can find to let people know how poor your company is!
I ordered a pool liner pad on 5/21/2020. Their website said most items ship in 48 hours. I even paid an additional $2.99 for rush processing. 10 days later I opened a help ticket to check status on my order. They replied the next day stating there was a delay and it should ship in 1-3 days. They also said I could attempt to cancel the order. I requested to cancel the order. I promptly received an email stating my reply was noted. I waited another 4 days. The order had still not shipped and I hadn't received confirmation of my cancelation. I requested to cancel a 2nd time. 3 days later I received an email stating they would put in a cancelation request but it generally takes 3-7 days. 6 days after my 2nd request to cancel I received a reply to my help ticket. Unfortunately, I was unable to log into the help ticket to see the response. I had to open a help ticket requesting help to view my previous help ticket. 28 days after my order was placed they responded by saying my order had shipped and gave me a FedEx tracking number.
I was unable to install my new liner with out the liner pad. It was obvious from other reviews that I would get the run around from pooldeals.com so during the process of trying to cancel my order I ordered a simialr pad off of ebay and received it in 2 days.
You will see my experience is pretty similar to many other pooldeals.com customers.
Bought a pool a month ago, have been receiving the pool by parts one week apart and i am still waiting for a skimmer, hoses are not included and no body is available to answer a call because of "covid19". Only comunication is thru email and it takes 2-3 business day to get an answer.

I am very disappointed in the service and the process of my order. I ordered my pool cover 3 weeks ago and paid for rush service. I had to contact you for any updates and I got these encrypted emails to discuss a pool cover. My last email from you stated that my order was processed. Finally. As I, not so patiently, wait for my pool cover my pool is filling with debris everyday. Yesterday, as I was hoping for a shipping confirmation, I get a refund notice because you are OUT OF STOCK. Im not sure why in the previous 3 weeks of me asking when I could expect my RUSH Order, that you couldn't tell me you were out of stock. Your customer service is POOR. I will never shop with you again and I like most extremely dissatisfied customers I want to tell others about my experience.

Ordered a cover, paid for it on my cc, they never shipped it after a month. I had to dispute the charge. I went back and forth with them 30 times. They were mean and rude. I left negative feedback on a site. They responded underneath it claiming my credit card was declined. Ok. Awhile liers.
I ordered a solar cover from this company. On my original invoice it stated it was to be shipped within 4-12 business days. It was not. I looked up order again 19 days after order and they had CHANGED my invoice to read that it would take up to 18 business days to ship! SHADY AND DECEITFUL! I contacted them and they said due to corona virus they were shipping slower. That's interesting, because on website they say they are processing and shipping orders as normal! I have now ordered from a REPUTABLE company and will have my cover in 3 - 4 days. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
Buyer beware. I ordered a pool cover from this site, and what i received was not what I ordered. Corresponded with Reggie - who insisted that I was shipped what I ordered - despite the part number showing this companies deceitful and fraudulent tactics. Ultimately I was told I would have to pay a restocking fee and return shipping. I worked with them for over a week - this was not a shipping or logistics mistake - its evident they are scamming customers without recourse. Read the reviews from everywhere...
After numerous calls to customer service for a cover that was damaged I was told to go F___ Myself by a customer service rep who I believe was the GM. My recommendation, spend an extra buck or two and buy from someone else.
I ordered a winter cover for my above the ground pool in April, 2017 because it was what I thought a good deal. When I went to install the cover, Nov. 2017, I discovered one of the grommets was crushed. That did not bother me BUT what did was the cable you string through the grommets around the pool to secure the cover was 6" too short. I called their customer service and was told the would not replace the cable with one of the correct length but that I could buy one from them or go to Home Depot and purchase a length of cable and cable clamps and fix it myself. These people have VERY POOR customer service and I suggest you do not deal with them.

Answer: I dont think there are any 'success' stories from this place! They take your money and you never see a product, and then they tell you, you cant get a refund. Scammers
