I ordered an item on 12/15/21. It is now 61/2 weeks later and still do not have my order. Web site states they are behind, now processing orders placed between 12/27 and 1/6/22. But yet my order still has not processed! I have contacted 5 times with only an automated response to check web site for frequently asked questions!. I am now requesting a refund. I don't have high hopes of receiving it though. Learn from my mistake, stay away. They will never see me again.

I ordered a solar cover from this company. On my original invoice it stated it was to be shipped within 4-12 business days. It was not. I looked up order again 19 days after order and they had CHANGED my invoice to read that it would take up to 18 business days to ship! SHADY AND DECEITFUL! I contacted them and they said due to corona virus they were shipping slower. That's interesting, because on website they say they are processing and shipping orders as normal! I have now ordered from a REPUTABLE company and will have my cover in 3 - 4 days. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Ordered a product on 1/5/20. NEVER RECEIVED! I contacted them numerous times and they always said item had been shipped. When I tracked it was sitting in China somewhere. This is one of those companies that leads you to believe you are ordering from a US seller, NOT! Anyway, had to file a complaint with Paypal to get a refund.

I purchased 2 bracelets. On day 2 one of them just broke and fell off. I contacted support and they told me to fix it myself. They were nice enough to send me numerous videos on how to do it though! Or they said I could take it to a jeweler to get fixed! Why would I PAY to get fixed? I want a return and they are now not answering me. I messaged on their site and they will not answer. SCAM of the worst type! And it is cheap china crap they sell.
