I ordered a heater for my hot tub on May 13th and was charged right away. I have not received my heater and have not gotten any response to the two emails I have sent requesting an update. I understand there maybe some delays in shipping, but a month seems extreme! I actually received an email asking for a review for them, even though I haven't received my order. But when I tried to submit my 1 star review, it would not accept it. I would like my heater or some explanation and a refund.

Information as after the initial email saying the order is placed, there has been no followup. Payment was through PayPal. I tried calling *******572 and it is ALWAYS busy! I have emailed 3 x and received NO answer. I am beginning to believe this company may have some issues but keeps taking customer $$. I am writing this review to warn others to shop elsewhere to avoid any fraud as this may be the case. If someone from PSS is following up on reviews, please advise as to any updates on my order. Well I guess the reviews don't lie. I should have done more research. Absolutely zero technical support from this company. I ordered my pump from "PSS" what a mistake.
Where is my pump?!?!? Iv called multiple times I have emailed multiple times. This is bad business! Pandemic or not someone is getting these emails and calls have the owner reach out to me please!
I am still waiting on my order, I asked for 3 day delivery it has now been 2 weeks I was told mt order #******* was going to be shipped 05/29/2020 but I have not received a tracking number. I have called this company and emailed several times finally got a response 05/28/2020.

I ordered a heater from them and paid two day shipping knowing it would take some time with everything going on but u have yet to receive any shipping info. I will be calling and filing charges soon 3 calls with voicemails and many emails with no response do not order from them

Do not use this company whatsoever! I had ordered a part a long time ago I was told it would ship within 24 to 48 hours I have yet to get my part I have left them literally countless emails and countless messages with absolutely no reply or response whatsoever. I have not received my item no shipping has been sent no tracking numbers and they will not reply to my efforts to contact them on as of right now I have literally been ripped off by hundreds of dollars from this company!
Just wanted to update you. We have filed a claim with USPS and requested that they return the shipment to us after their investigation and once they locate it. I ordered a Gecko in. Stream2 device 4 weeks ago. I paid immediately with Credit card but they never shipped my order. They dont reply to messages or calls. Ive issued a full charge back and criminal investigation with my local bank and authorities on this fraudulent online shop. Avoid them at all costs!

I placed an order a week ago and my credit card was charged. I have left numerous emails and voicemails to check the status of my order and they have all been ignored. I was hoping to get my spa pump in time for Memorial Day weekend, but I think I have been ripped off. I'm going to call my credit card company to see what my options are.
Trying to buys some parts from them but they refuse to answer voice mails and emails. Doesn't make sense, I have bought from them before but I need to get the job done. Will probably order elswhere.

RETURNED DEFECTIVE SPA HEATER UNDER WARRANTY AND THEY DID NOT HONOR WARRANTY THEN THEY DID NOT RETURN IT. THEY STOLE IT!

We do understand that those can be frustrating sometimes, but often a factory will deem an item damaged due to other factors like maintenance or installation, etc. While we don't set the regulations for factory warranties, we do like to help when we can. While we aren't sure of your exact case, we'd like to look into it for you. I assure you we did not steel your heater. Please shoot us an email is you can, so we can look into it, but it's a good thing to share your experiences in the form of a review, as that's helpful to other buyers. But, we'd like to help if you we can, we just need more info.
DBA "SPA SUPPLIES USA LLC" I needed a part that this company claimed they had. I ordered it and paid extra for 2 day shipping. I have tried to contact them through phone and email and no one is answering. I'm feeling pretty uncomfortable about this transaction. Fortunately, I paid with PayPal and I WILL get the part or my refund... eventually.

The site looks legitimate, but so far I feel like I've been scammed. I ordered a part and have received no shipping notification after 4 days. I have called many times and it goes straight to voicemail. There is no way to look up the status of my order or cancel it on their site. SCAM!
Where do I start? First off, had $250 order and PAID for USPS Priority Mail 2-day shipping. Well, 6 days later my pump gets delivered by Fed Ex.
Patrick, thanks for your review and it's accurate. We had a virus wipe out our shipping program. It's been a nightmare. We shipped via FedEx 2-Day rather than USPS to get the order out as fast as possible. We sincerely apologize for the delay. As more the poor customer service, it was just a result of being inundated with calls due to the issue we were having. We are back on track and again apologize for the issue.
Called twice prior to order and the same guy answered both times and did offer some input with what seemed to be experience in the realm. Went online and placed the order using Paypal to pay. After 48 hours and no confirmation of order and/or shipping I contacted the seller via email since now they won't take my calls. No response to that so I have began an inquiry with Paypal. They did respond to that with excuses like their system crashed etc. They couldn't respond to my emails but they could respond to Paypal? This site is a scam, stay away from them!
Was happy with my experience. That's all, fast and professional. I would definitely use them again. They even had a rep from the manufacturer call and assist while their technician was on the line with me as well. I had a certified electrician working on my unit and he couldn't repair it. I did it on the phone with these guys.
I ordered a part with expedited shipping. I ordered early on a Wednesday. I was not shipped out until late on Thursday night, essentially Friday. My 2 day shipping is now 6 days. I should have ordered from another company. The companies service level is 48 hours to ship(per a company email). Another 48 hours for the shipping company to acknowledge. So, your package could wait 4 days before starting its journey. I should have order from somewhere else. I would have got it earlier.
Just thought I'd report my experience. They've helped me determine what's going on with my spa and which parts i require. I found their prices to be amazing and their shipping fast. I'm happy. I'd recommend.
I was happy with my experience. I placed my order after 4PM on a Monday and it shipped the following day, and I received it by Thursday. I called with an installation questions and their technical service was great. I'm happy and would order again.
Answer: I had a good experience ordering a pool pump in early July 2020. Despite the COVID crisis causing all sorts of delays, I had the part in my hands within three days, it was the right part, and it is working great so far.
