Be aware. This company switches stones when you send your rings in for repair. In Sept. 2019, I purchased 2 rings clarity VS near colorless. And within a couple of weeks both ring had a broken prong. I sent them in for repairs one came back with brown stones. I sent it back and I can't get an answer on shipping status. The other came back with yellow stone. So I posted reviews on a few websites with my experiences. And I was contacted by Kelly by pone and by email and was told to backtrack and remove all my reviews before they would try to look into the issue.

They are withholding service/jewelry as hostage for me to remove all my reviews that is a kind of blackmail because their dishonest and underhanded actions caused unfavorable reactions
They have a 30 day refund policy after the 30 days they feel that they can do anything Send you anything And there is nothing you can do.
This company switches stones. It happened to me twice.
There are reviews of people telling the same story. And allot of reviews about faulty settings which is suspicious taking into consideration what happened to me. Look on social media.
