The females all seem to be 2/10 in the looks dept and even worse, 1/10 personality wise. They all seem very angry and bitter, not to mention extremely deluded.

If you can find anyone who has bothered to fill their bio out properly, you're doing well. Most are either very abrupt or just blank.

Sadly, if you think you will find anyone remotely cheerful, even average-looking/ a nice person, you will be extremely disappointed.

I honestly wouldn't waste your time

Once you pay to get access you find that 95of women's profiles are marked "disconnected". Of the remaining if you write to anyof them you find that most never even get read, leading you to assume the're probably bogus ones they made up for show. Of course there are the endless prostitution officers every day which they con't apparently screen.
Years ago it was a good site where you could search to find singles with the same occupations, hobbies, etc. but not any more.

Just wanted to warn Toronto users out there of a plenty of fish account called "Shivelle" also "ShivelleEee", she goes by other names too. She is a scammer and will try to meet you in real life and get you to give cash to her to help buy drinks so she can run away. Report her profile if you see her and don't meet up with her. I have attached pictures and a video of what she looks like

Be careful men on here all liars, they say never married, that's a lie. They say single, that's a lie. I've googled half of my matches and they are liars. Discussed with this site. Be careful ladies. If you can't be honest you shouldn't be allowed to be on this site!

I am so disappointed in pof when did they become so greedy,they want us guys to pay for everything and we can only send one free message every 23 hours, you cant even see who likes your profile unless you pay meanwhile the ladies get to join for free,and the prices are ridicolous,bring back pof the way it was before gees,most women on there just looking for a one nighter anyways they lie on their profile so stop charging us guys these insane prices its just not gonna work

I used POF on/ off for years, but now its a waste of time. I tried to get back on and it keeps getting hacked & its full of scammers, hookups, and creepy people who look scary and desperate and people who look old enough to be my parent. Im done. If Im not meant to be with someone in my late 50s so be it. Im too old to play games, hookup, and be ghosted. Meet people in person its probably best like church or something... POF is a waste of time

Plenty of Folks sh is loaded with scammers 99% of the ppl on there are fake or scammers the profiles doesn't really explain st I reached out to them on 9/27/23 regarding scammers and the swept it under the rug I screen shot 3 individuals that were totally scammers with fake profiles and they did nothing took my $$$$ for scammers THEY ARE THE REAL SCAMMERS BECAUSE there's no way u can't verify someone there's new technology out to prevent this from happening but it's all about revenue for POF do not sign up with them this is a GARBAGE DATING SITE I HAVE THE PROFF

All of the dating sites I've looked at are cynical businesses profiting from often sad and lonely people. That's the baseline.
Plenty of Fish at least allows unsubscribed members to make limited contact with potential matches and, uniquely, allows these to reply.
Others oblige you to pay to send a personalised message - and pay again to receive a reply!

There is little that I like. Their GPS is pathetic. Despite stating within 50 mile radius, most profiles are at least 100 miles away. There are so many scammers, it is really scarey. They should make validation mandatory. I wish I didn't buy but you have to in order to use it. This will be last time.

I just wanted to let everyone know that this site works great if you give it a chance I met my wife on POF 9 and a half years ago we got married after 3 and a half years after we met and were married for 6 years sadly she passed away July 19th of this year but because of this site i met my soulmate and there was a happy ending for both of us im crushed now but I would not be where i am today if it was not for POF

Low quality people who have no clue how to be nice and couldn't care less about creating a good first impression. They're more concerned with telling you they are really independent/don't need a man and how they can't see likes.

The women that got in touch with me had way too many issues in their private lives and shouldn't have been on a dating site until they had solved their problems out. Lots of ex boyfriends still around or on the rebound

This site is a fake. It has no real use whatsoever other than bringing in revenue with no real return

I have written their NON- EXISTING customer service. I am angry that they let men 10 yrs older then my preference contact me. But when men who liked me, wrote me and wanted to meet who were younger then me I could not respond...beyond sexist!
And they clearly have no idea that Wenatchee, WA is part of the US...see pic below
One pic is what happened when I tried to text back to a guy who had liked and texted me FIRST, yet they send a message saying he's looking for something different.

But pof wouldn't let me respond even though I was a freaking paid member,. I highly DO NOT recommend...plus at least half of the attractive men are scammers who I report and they POF does absolutely nothing to get rid of the fakes...worst company ever!

Where do i start pof is horrible women never reply to messages they block you if you message them they are they most pickiest,shallow women ever and if by some miracle they do reply to your messages it's the always your not my type or you have too many red flags.But wait the women on there want to except there red flags they have of ton kids they smoke,drunk or do drugs extremely overweight one thing i find is funny there ridiculous profiles they say they are not looking for sex but they have there breasts and nipples poking out of there shirts and they always point out and say my kids come first before you hello another red flag by them they also say that they don't like sent messages that saids hi but if you look like a male model that's what kind of messages they send to guys.So if you don't look like Brad Pitt and have a ton of money you don't have a chance with these women not even ugliest women will get with you.

Nothing but scammers and fake profiles. The app is flooded with them. Do not recommend this site. Obviously they're not screening people. If I could read it a zero I would but that's not an option so one it is

I just got back on to try POF I think in my short time on there I turned in two scammers. I never broke any of the protocols and wake up to my account deleted for no reason and there is no reason or what to get my money back im not happy

What was once a decent site is now 60% scammer profiles and just getting worse. Avoid, Avoid its not in any way worth paying for.

This site is a trash dump for all other dating sites. It's a meat market for nasty people and scamers. Pof knows they have this problem but they encourage sxamers because that's the only way they can make money off this garbage site. I looked through the profile and I keep getting the same women that I've already liked or disliked. What a bunch of low lives that run this company.

What I didn't expect was to find these bottom ten percenters sitting on their phone with an atrociously entitled attitude, wanting the world and giving nothing back. Their entitlement is embarrassing considering what they bring to the table
