The worst experience ever. PNC Logos never finished my logo or website. It has been four years since they began the project. I don't expect they will ever complete the work. They won't deliver on their promises once they get your money. Always an excuse for not making a deadline. Save yourself the wasted time and money and choose a reputable company.

Tip for consumers:
Do not waste your time. PNC Logos will take your money and run.
They won't finish the project and will not return your calls.
PNC logos started my project in November 2018 and never finished the job.
Almost four years later, I have given up on this company. They have had every chance to make things right.

Products used:
None, because PNC Logos never finished the Website. I had someone else finish the Logo Design.

I initially had a good experience with this company. They designed a great logo for me and I felt like the timeline was reasonable... although no set time was ever truly established.

The downfall was the website design/creation.

I purchased a package deal which included a 4 or 5 page website, business cards, stationary etc. It was advertised as a "start up company" package, essentially everything you would need to get a business up a running.

About two weeks into this portion of the project, I was presented with a very limited and basic webpage design. I asked for revisions and was met with friction and asked to pay more money. All they tried to do was up sell services and refused to complete the requested changes.

On top of this, the project hit a stand still and they couldn't move forward until hosting was established... something never discussed. They lack honesty.

I got fed up with the webpage "creation" so I asked for the information in order to make the changes myself... I was told that it cost extra money... absolute nonsense.

Weeks later (I've completely abandoned this project with them at this point), they call to tell me that the project manager was fired and to give them another chance... seriously? I express my concerns and apprehension, eventually telling them that I am all set. Well wouldn't ya know, again they don't listen and keep pushing the topic while ignoring my requests to transfer the domain name to me.

Overall, terrible experience with this company. If you simply want a logo designed, they did good. If you want anything else, save your money and time... go somewhere else!

I've had the misfortune of hiring this company to "create my logo and webpage". As stated in other reviews, they are full of false promises and unmet deadlines. What has turned out to be my webpage in reality was simply PNC Logos copying and pasting my current webpage into the one that they "developed". Also, my "logo" that they designed was simply my signature.

They were upselling to me at every opportunity with unbelievable pressure. At one point, the PNC Logo staff told me that if I paid an additional $500 that my webpage could go "live" in 24 hours. If I did not pay, then it would take 48-72 hours! Of course, I did not pay.

My webpage is currently live, but is unable to take payments because of some ridiculous excuse on their part. I just want to get this company out of my business and my life. My business has been held up due to their unethical practices.

I have been left with a poor product that is not fully operational; need to rebuild another webpage with another hosting domain; having wasted a whole lot of time and money; gained a whole bunch of frustration and deeply felt regrets.

I cannot recommend strongly enough that no business should engage in any way with this company!

Tip for consumers:
Do not use this website for any reason whatsoever!! Grossly inept!!

My experience with PNC LOGOS has been wonderful so far. The team consists of extremely creative individuals who take your concerns into consideration to create a design that is simply outstanding. Efficient and on-time delivery of content.

Edit: Had to come back and write the present bs going on. I contacted the company today, since I FINALLY got all my credentials for my website including my video tutorial and I asked them when my 1 year hosting through them expired. SAM claims its on the date my website went live which was a week ago on December 12th-ish... he then changes his answer and tells me that it expires on December 1st 2021. (See attached proof of him stating when it would start) So now they are stealing my hosting time that I paid for through them. Welp, that cost them another star. This company is just terrible. This website was supposed to be completed in 35-40 days, they charged me an extra $349 to enter in 277 products when the original proposal included 500. The theft, the lies, the excuses, the mistakes, the miscommunication, they act like their sh*t dont stink when in fact they rip you off, put you down... i dont know how many times I heard "well it's common sense, jennifer". This company does not know how to talk to its customers. They had every chance in the world to turn this terrible review into a positiveone. FAIL. I've been working with this company for 3 years. I needed a logo for my business,
Social media banners, business. Ards, labels for 183 products and lastly a website. The logo is beautiful. The labels are beautiful... but they had messed up so bad on my labels that I got a 100% refund of $995. I put in an order for a website 3 years ago. Besides me putting it on the backburber for a while due to my mother passing away... when I came back they had misplaced my information or it expired... the company then continued to make a series of mistakes that led into miscommunication, tons of errors, I was ignored, i was given false hope and false promises each time they claimed my website would be done. So many excuses. The communication between their whole team of employers is absolutely horrible. Ignoring already irate customers that you're trying your hardest to gain back their good graces from all the mess ups is not the way to accomplish that. Because of all the mess ups, miscommunication and time wasted they offered me 5 bonuses to make up for their mistakes. Mind you I'm supposed to have my completed website today. They knew I was launching today and I had asked them to change a blurry photo because I wanted the best representation of my website. At 12pm, Sam promised my edits would be done before 2 hours in time for my launch. He fixes one thing and comes back and says his guys are working on other projects and they cant do it until tomorrow. So on the most important day of my new website, I have crappy home page photos. I also asked them to tell me how to change my address. I was told I was going to be given an email with our recorded conversation of Barry explaining to me the backend of the website. I never received the email. That was weeks ago that we filmed that. Had I had the email Barry stated I was going to get with the filmed directions I wouldn't have had to reach out to them. That said, I desperately had to reach out to a different website professional, give him my credentials to the backend and he had to guide me through changing the address so I'm representing myself correctly. I had just moved a week ago. Next, 2 customers tried to order tonight through my website launch and both failed. I reached out to the team frantic with photo proof and still have received no response. Needless to say my website launch is a disaster. So many problems with this company no matter how many hundreds if times they try to gain back your trust, they ruin it again and again and again. I'm so tired of compromising for this company. I do not and woukd not ever recommend this site for a website. A logo, maybe. I love my logo... business cards. Decent delivery times. Social media precense, okay... but Labels. No way JOSE.
Hiring this company for a website... not BARRY good. Dont even trust the 'Follow up manager", ordered by the manager Barry as a way to "make it up to me"... no SAM way.
(Btw, all the peoples names in caps are the ones who messed up. There were even more that were involved. Just a mess. So disappointed. I'm just done.

Tip for consumers:
Beware: DO NOT use this company.

Business cards. Decent delivery time.

Initially when a friend recommended PNC Logos I came with the sole intention of getting the logos and product labels. With the first manager, after we talked, they had a promotion for a website package (domain, website design, email, social media, business cards, letterheads and envelopes). I thought it was a good deal to get all these items in one setting instead or reaching out to multiple providers. I accepted to go forward. During the website drawing, we went back and forth on revisions until we came with an agreement. The website design was almost complete and it came a time where I could tell that the manager was stalling or did not want to continue or work on the project. I sent messages, email, phone calls and no answer. Then I'm told in an unappreciative way that requests and message returns are done in 48 hours, but the guy didn't answer for two weeks. He came and blamed it on being backed up with many projects after being out due to COVID.

I'm then placed with a 2nd manager. Things again started smooth but ended horrible. This manager was willing to undo what the previous manager did wrong and provide instant communication/replies. During this time I was told about security and maintenance feature I could add on the package, so I do not have to update the website on my own or deal with it if it crashes down. They wanted to add marketing to it but it was not convincing. I only wanted to do security and maintenance for 3 months and if satisfied I can do for the full 6 months (basically 2 fees annually for them due every 6 months). Initially the website package was $799 and I made a deposit of $500. I had a remainder of $299 to pay when the website is complete. Then when I was told about these add-on features, I had to pay instantly $555 (including the $299). After I made the payment, which I later regretted, I felt this manager becoming unresponsive just like the first manager (here we go again smh). I called, sent messages, emails and it took a while to hear back. Then I had to step away overseas for a family emergency and I halt on the project on my end, I had to. When I got back (this was 2-3 months after), I decided to pick back up. So I reached out to them and didn't hear back for 2-3 weeks.

When I was contacted, I was told the second manager was fired because of other projects complaints and they are ensuring my project gets done effectively blah blah blah. They asked me about the experience and I expressed similar to above and I was told they will look over my account and continue working on it. So when this new manager looked over my account, I was told I only paid for website design of $799 and I don't even have domain, secured pay service, etc. I told him this is a mistake because I paid a little over $1000 and all these things were included. They pushed back saying no, that the only thing included in what I paid was the logo, labels, and website design. They told me there's a fee of connecting my PayPal account to the site (and I was reassured that this would be done and all I needed to give them was my credentials), but now I was told this payment portal was not included in the package and I must pay to connect PayPal to the site. I called PayPal to see if there's a fee to do so, and they said no but each company could have their internal policy that could say so. I asked them for said policy and it was like either they don't want to share it or don't have such thing at all. I then asked them how much for all this, and I was told it'd be $999 without maintenance and security. I said the previous managers said it was since it was included in the $555 invoice. They replied it was not included, so I cancelled the project and request my refund since the website never went live and I was told there's no refund for me.

To conclude, thanks for reading this long message and I hope u do so you can SAVE YOUR MONEY. This company lacks 3 most important things in doing business: HONESTY, INTEGRITY & TRANSPARENCY. They only wants you to buy a package, switch managers, then come with bogus excuse/ways and try to pay more for things that were told before was included. Very unprofessional and they should not be in business. It's hard starting a small business and when they are people like these ones taking advantages of others trying to fulfill their dreams/destinies.

If I could give these crooks no stars I would.

I felt it was my duty to come on here and every platform to warn people of these scammers!

Please read their terms and conditions. This is where they'll beat you out of thousands of dollars! After 10 days of working with these crooks they reserve the right to not refund you your money! And basically after that is when they start talking majorly disrespectful and not doing their job!

I hired them to do a custom logo, I now can't get it trademarked because they used someone else's fonts, without permission. So therefore they lied when they used the word custom.
They also talked me into get a CUSTOM built website I paid them $2100 for my online clothing boutique. That was not custom, they used Woocommerce a FREE PLATFORM and on the backend they used free templates. They didn't even go all out and purchase the nicer ones. They used the standard free template. The site would not work! Its not a secure platform like they promised, it loads so slow. I've hacked. I'm getting weird XXX sexual comments in my backend.
The guys are so pushy and rude, they will try to upsale to death and as soon as you say no, they stop returning calls and push your project to the back. I purchased my domain through them and they will not provide me with the credentials!
I had to hire someone else to build another website for me. And purchase a new domain. What pisses me off is all my marketing materials have the domain I purchased from PNC On it. I now have to trash all of those and get new marketing materials. The scumbags sleep at night knowing that it is hard times for small businesses and they're sucking people dry out of their hard earned money!
I filed a claim with my bank and they claim they can't do anything about it because the fine print of the terms and conditions! Now these scammers won't answer the phone nor return emails. How is it that they are contracted to host me for 3 years but quit and STILL WON'T GIVE ME A REFUND? How is this even legal, a crook can be covered because they made up their own terms and conditions thats definitely hidden, I still til date haven't seen them.

They are the worst. They misspelled so many words on my website, the first day of launching they didn't add any shipping cost when my customers checked out, literally every customer got free shipping on large packages. Then when I ask them to fix it,, they go in and integrated Media shipping and Library shipping. Customer were only paying at this point $2.66 for shipping. I had to pay for all the orders shipping. I sell clothing, why is those even shipping options? If you're confused look up what media and Library shipping is with USPS.
THIS company has cost me THOUSANDS. I'm now working with a lawyer to file a class action suit against them. If anyone is interested please message me here. Anyone else who thinks they're getting a custom logo you can check with builtwith.com it will tell you how it was built.
One more thing THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT IN FLORIDA. The IP ADDRESS THEY USE IS IN PAKISTAN. They keep lying saying they're in the states! The tell sign is none of them speak clear English! Don't be fooled.
I filed a complaint with BBB, the federal trade commission and IC3.com ( internet crimes)

I apologize in advance for the typos. I'm pissed! I have proof of everything I'm saying!

My experience with PNCLogos has been interesting, to say the least. I rebranded my business and reached out to this company to create a logo which came out Amazing! Then I got business cards which are nice as well as social media presence (Etsy & FB banner, new profile photos). Then I had them make me labels. I had 183 labels made. They messed up so many times that I got a 100% refund. Next, I had them make me a website which was another not so good experience. 3 years later after many more miscommunications, mistakes, time wasted and setbacks on both sides my website is finally done. I'm still going through correcting their errors. Some of the work still isn't finished or has wrong info, missing info, etc. They had estimated my website would be done in 4-6 weeks but it was done 3 years later. They said 500 product listings were included in the website but when it was time to enter the 277 products I had to pay an extra $349. That wasn't professional. It's a beautiful website, don't get me wrong. The person who actually designed it no longer works there but I give that credit to him.

PNCLogos made some of their mistakes up by offering me 5 bonuses that they usually charge for. I was grateful for that. I was also given a $150 credit from Barry, the manager, for all the trouble after the labels. Which I used for 1 year hosting with them. I appreciate their taking responsibility and making up for their mistakes. But, I cannot recommend this company for label making or website creation. They could use help in the communication department as well as time management. I would however, highly recommend this company for making logos which they are pretty great at! I LOVE my logo.

Tip for consumers:
I recommend only using them for logo design, business cards, banner making. Use caution if you still want to use them for label creation or website developing.
