Plus Protections

I got the tennis shoes today, they don't look authentic at all. They came wrapped up in plastic wrap, no box, that ought to tell u something, they take pictures of American made products and then copy the merchandise and sell it as such. There was no return address on the package, I've sent Plus Protection emails wanting a refund. I ordered a 7 and 1/2 and I got an 8, when u put them on, it feels like u are wearing a box, not pliable at all, I wouldn't buy from them again. Check out the places u buy from. I payed 43.00 for these and supposedly they were on sale Suppose to be $90.00, right. I demand a refund. My next stop, Better Business Bureau

My wife bought a pair of sandals from Plus Protections. When they finally arrived they were too small. Communication was good with customer service but they like to excoriate you before offering exchanges only. Which wouldn't be so bad but you have to send the products back to China. Our experience with sending and receiving items from or to China has been negative in the past so we decided to give the sandals to a family member. They use a return address in NJ on shipping package, but its really in China. No correspondence in the packaging regarding returning the merchandise or a receipt.

Be oo have a genetic problem that causes joint dislocations and deformity, not to mention severe and constant pain in my feet, knees, hips, and spine, I was excited when I saw the claims from this company. When they finally arrived 2 months later, I was sorely disappointed. The only positive I can say is that they are lightweight and thank god I didn't buy multiple pair. There is ZERO insole. Just the hard plastic of the soles. ZERO arch support, it's completely flat inside. The canvas uppers will do ZERO for bunion reformation. I actually had to buy separate Dr Scholls most expensive insoles with arch support to make them partially useable. Not comfortable at all I'm only keeping them because of the hassle returning others have mentioned. So, all I get for my original $59 plus $45 added for insoles is a pair of uncomfortable shoes I can get away with for dress but only if there's not much walking. Don't waste your money.

I ORDERED 2 PAIR OF THEIR "ORTHOPEDIC DIABETIC SANDALS" ADVERTISED ON PINTEREST. BOTH PAIR WERE A JOKE, NOTHING LIKE THE ADVERTISEMENT AND NO RETURN ADDRESS ON LABEL, DISPUTED WITH MY BANK AND WAITING. DOLLAR STORES IN THE U.S.A. SELL MUCH BETTER QUALITY THAN THIS AND I PAID $37.00 FOR FLIP FLOPS AND $45.00 FOR A PAIR OF SLIP ON'S. IT SHOULD BE ILLEGAL FOR THESE "SPAM COMPANIES" TO CONTINUE SELLING IN THE U.S.A. WITH ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS IT OBVIOUS, IT'S FRAUD!

Like previous reviewers. I feel scammed. Was also excited by images and promise of arch support and comfort. Also received just wrapped in silver plastic. Shoes made of Cheap plastic with hard flat soles and no support whatsoever. Front doesn't even cover much of foot as in pictures. Shoes don't look anything like the images, only cheap imitations. I too am glad I didn't order 2 pairs for a discount. Their website has a Singapore address, probably fake. The website had a string of super positive reviews, also fake, and nowhere I could find to write my own. Their returns policy was conditional on not having opened the package. What a joke! I sent them an email calling them out for being scammers. Reply was from someone in China not Singapore. It gets better. Their images and content are taken straight out of another website found when I googled "Super Soft Women's Walking Shoes". Probably the genuine website but then who really knows? Won't try sending back for a refund as I would lose even more money on postage and won't get my money back anyway. Of that I am sure. Just lost $54 USD, who knows how much in AUD. Never again buying shoes online from dodgy websites no matter how comfortable or appealing they look. Ad had popped up on Pinterest. BTW I could not rate the "value" or "quality" as there is no "0" as an option.

First off they are not orthopedic support sandal in any way. They are a light weight no big deal thin sole sandal that's worth about $7. Total false advertisement.

I bought two pairs of shoes and they did not match the photographs as advertised. I am unable to rate the quality - save to say that it is the worst example of trash that I have ever seen and this is most disappointing. I attempted to return the shoes and was informed that I would have to send them back to China because their US office is currently closed or that I may keep the shoes and they would refund 80% of the purchase price. I opted for the latter. I received an email stating that they had refunded my account however, after sending at least 20 requests for proof of payment I have not yet received a refund and neither have I received proof of payment. When I press them for proof of payment they constantly send mail stating that they have refunded my account and I should check with my bank. THIS IS A SCAM - BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!

The picture and advertisement do not match the real product. Amazon needs to stop supporting this company and other CHINESE COMPANIES ACROSS THE BORDER. The receive payment and don't if want their product back because they know full well the the are worthless products.The slipper were toooo small and cheaply made. I waited 2 weeks for 4 pairs saddles never received its over 130.00 there's noone to speak to about refund of money. What kind company is this?
