Great experience with customer service. I ordered the wrong size and the rep was prompt in responding to my email and cancelling my initial order after I placed a second order. Money was refunded 3 days later. Perfect! The suit came in, and I love it. I do have to say that it's definitely not worth the full price amount though. $80+ for one of these suits is very steep. If I were going to spend that kind of money on a bathing suit, I'd go for a neoprene suit from Triangl. Just saying.
File card dispute under misrepresentation to get your refund, Plumeria has a return policy in bad faith that they do not intend to honour because the representative/CEO/Gabrielle Cimon will tell you only after the item is returned that you only receive store credit if your order had a discount code Except the website runs never ending sales with forcibly applied discount codes you can not remove at checkout, vendors are not legally required to provide change of mind refunds, but saying you will and then preventing customers from doing so is illegal, file a business complaint to the Californian Office of the Attorney General
I'm so bummed. I spent a lot of money on this swim suit and FINALLY got it in the mail today and wow. The material is so cheap and the there is no way that I got an XL and a DD too because it doesn't even come CLOSE to fitting me. You can't adjust it and the padding in the top gets messed up and there is no way to adjust it. Plus to send it back I would have to PAYPAL someone $10 on top of paying to have it shipped back... ridiculous. I'll never be shopping here again and I will make sure no one I know does either.
I ordered my first bathing suit from this site and I was very excited because I had been wanting to purchase a bathing suit and it happened to be on sale! It took one month and half for my package to arrive! I tried communicating with them and they do not understand what customer service means. They were acting like I was doing them a favor! Although I like the bathing suit, I doubt I'll ever order from them knowing that it takes more than a month to receive them and the have ZERO customer service. There are so many others sites that have just as cute suits and have great customer service.
My bikini is extremely cute, however, when my bikini wasn't in after three weeks I contacted their customer service which is only a sill little chat on their website, and they told me it hadn't even been processed yet. I then waited another 3 weeks for the bikini to get here. If you need a suit for a vacation, like I did, make sure you order this bikini two months in advance just to be safe. There are many other cute bikini websites that deliver within a week. I don't recommend.
Although this company has beautiful bikini's and I am happy with the product, I can't give more than 2 stars due to the entire process.
I ordered a bikini as a set that was on sale. Nothing in the description of the product mentioned sizing discrepancies so I ordered my normal size based on the chart. The bikini shipped fairly quickly (within a week of ordering from Turkey) but the bottom was way too small and uncomfortable. I went online to review the return/exchange policy and only then realized that I would have to cover the shipping costs back and would only get a store credit if I returned since it was a sale item. I decided to go ahead and order the larger bottom since I was buying it for a vacation in a few weeks, and would not have time to wait on the exchange. When I did go to return the bottom, it was $90 to ship back! That is more than double what I paid for the entire suit, and I wouldn't even get the money back for it, only a credit! Additionally, when I went to order the larger bottom separately, there was a note that the bottoms run small and to order up a size. If that's the case, that note should be on every page, not just if ordering separately. The larger bottom took over 2 weeks to get to me. I followed up a week after I ordered since I had not received a shipping notification. They sent to me that it was at FedEx and gave me tracking. A week later when I still had not received it, I followed up saying I was leaving for vacation that week and it had been over 2 weeks since I ordered and the shipping was still the same status. Only then did they send it out express but it did not make it in time.
Overall experience was very frustrating and I would not order from them again. They have good quality product but the entire process to get this ordered was very difficult and I was very disappointed with the customer service response. And to expect anyone to pay $90+ to ship something back for exchange/refund is insanity.
Cost 90pounds for what could have only coat them 10 the quality of the item is worth no more than 30 very disappointing not a luxury brand
