This company makes deceptive offers, and will refuse to refund you after it charges you for subscriptions you did not authorize. If you did give them your credit card, call your bank and cancel the card and initiate a chargeback. Also consider filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.

I don't know how such company is still allowed to be on IG and use stripe as a payment gateway.
They advertise their monthly fee and take a full year without prior warning. Totally deceitful snd it is planned and fraudulent, their support is useless and they keep repeating sorry no refunds

It bring 10% the number of follower as advertised. And once you subscribe you can not cancel, they will keep charging you without receipt or notice. Totally a scam and unethical business

I signed up for the free trial.

Cancelled in 24 hours.

My card was charged. They will not refund or cancel the plan.

They keep quibbling and wasting my time (now 50+ emails).

I will be taking legal action for stolen funds and fraud.

They refuse to stop the account. This is not a reputable service.

Signed up, and within a few hours I realized the negative impacts this could have on my IG account, so I cancelled right away.

22 days later, I am still waiting for my refund. Yes, still waiting.

A few more days have past. Still have my email thread with several replies stating that the refund was processed, but as I originally said, it was never received.

As of this I also have a message thread from their website stating that they have no record of me ever requesting a refund.

This may also explain why ever day our IG account is getting around 15 obviously fake followers. Yup, every day it happens within a short period of time, and they are as fake as fake can be.

Please do yourself a favor and stay clear away from this company

With my experience, I really don't believe the other reviews on here. My biggest regret was not looking at the reviews posted on TrustPilot (which seems to be more genuine) before signing up with this service. It was an impulsive move on my part. I signed up for their 'Expert' plan which clearly stated that I would get "AI Powered Growth Engine" and "Dedicated Instagram Manager". No one connected with me, and on my dashboard if I clicked AI powered- there was an added fee attached (even after i signed up for their highest plan!) I cancelled the subscription in 24 hours and asked for a refund. The message I keep receiving is that they will forward my query to billing but no one from billing got back to me- it's already been a week. I've now had to flag this charge with my credit card company. Absolute fraud. They also have a 14day money back if you're unsatisfied as per their Terms of Service, which they don't seem to abide by either. It's a scam.

They scammed me on activating extra features but never advertised the prices to do so. Currently having them investigated... Their customer service team is a one man show who responds with vague nonsense. If you google PLIXI SCAM you'll see other complaints come up... disgusting operation thieving $#*!s but karma is a $#*!. Please attached screenshots of how the website is set up, to turn on extra features, without pricing attached, what I was charged in my bank statement V's the reply from the person on the chat feature. It's got scam written all over it...

Huge scam! I purchased an annual subscription for my business. I noticed that after the first 30 days nothing was happening. I continued to watch and the services simply just stopped. I reached out for a refund and was told they do not do refunds after 30 days. So I can cancel my service but they will not give me a refund. I told them to reactivate and fix the service issues. They made promise after promise to fix but nothing. Also it took them a day to respond to a message. Hard to get customer service and assistance. Major scam. Run away from this company! Waste of time and money.

I signed up for the 1 day free trial and got 0 results. I cancelled it within 24 hours and they still charged my card of $700 and then I saw a few FAKE FOLLOWERS here and there. I have contacted them many times to cancel it and refund me without any results. They keep on saying they will contact the billing team and will not give any dates. They have no intention of returning the money, but I have a strong bank and they will be getting it back for me. Just annoying that I have to go through this whole process.

The service didn t work, they reply to message sometimes but it doesn t work. Be careful, it doesn t worth the money. They say they are from california, the invoice is from texas and the payment gateway from eastern europe

I made purchase of month subscription 10/03 on this website.
The interface showed me 21 usd per month with no mentioning of 1 year payment.
I've been charged 350usd instead of 21usd.
I have immediately noticed it and opened dispute with my bank, I also 1 min later sent message to company saying -I never been aware I am paying year amount and I asked for cancelation and refund asap.
I got rejection- all my explanation that website settings made the way that people cant see how much they pay -ignored. The explanation that I planed to use that service and obviously would not buy full year of unfamiliar service – also ignored.
I got response: "As per our terms of service, refunds are not available. This is because growth seats are allocated and reserved for your account for the duration of the subscription period, and our services begin immediately upon activation".
I checked terms – there is nothing about refund. I also made my account inactive immediately after scam transaction and I have print screen with showing 0 activity since 10/03. All these explanations is another lie and scam.

Plixi is now a scam website.

Processes payment but no membership levels.
Can't connect social media.
Phone number disconnected.
No longer at address listed.
No employees listed and not on LinkedIn.
Live chat is dead,
No response to emails.

Not sure what happened but stay away.

Called bank and told them immediately I was scammed. Then had to request new card.

This is likely a site owned by a foreign entity that is using a cc processor to wire money overseas.
Do not use.

The reason I chose pixli was that they promised to deliver 1000-1500 followers a month to our account. 15 days in we only got 100 followers, and some of the them were ghost followers. After reaching out to the team, I wasn't really offered any suggestions or adjustments, I was simply told to wait and I was told how good other industries are performing, sorry but I don't care about others. You didn't deliver to us. I'd give 0 stars if I could

I really wish I would have checked reviews for this website because I agree that it's 100% a scam. It ropes you into paying for add-on features without your consent by tricking you into pressing a button with no warning that you will be charged anything. And when I tried to discontinue the subscription, it blocked me from receiving service for the one month that I paid for. So I received nothing in exchange for over $200. And the one guy on the end of the customer service line is intentionally giving me the runaround. Clearly this is what he is used to doing - scamming people.

It's all bad with Plixi. All bad.

They charged me instantly in the first sign up window and i realised the scam in less than an hour but by that time they have charged my card twice - once for the annual fee of usd710 after displaying the monthly fee usd59, and another usd 900 per annum on automation (after displaying the monthly fee of.usd75. In total they charged my card usd1610 in less than an hour from sign up and i couldn't get the refund - though i quickly cancelled the subscription (within the 1st hour of signup). Big scammers

Don't spend your money on them!

I canceled the order and was supposed to get a $50 refund. 3 weeks have passed. I write all the time, they don't answer me. And they sent me a screenshot of their refund. But I called the bank and the bank said that I would not get a refund and I had to talk to the company. In short, I was scammed!

BEWARE - I tried this thinking maybe this is legit - look they have real companies listed. Nope - it's basically a scam. Didn't get any followers in the demographic I selected, just a couple of weird foreign followers who had no posts and the weird thing is the data it gives you in the dashboard is fake - none of the accounts it shows as new followers actuall follow you. The data itself is fake. Their address is listed as a We Work location in San Francisco and their invoice shows a address in Texas that doesn't exist in Google maps.

I appreciate everything you've given me. All of this really surprised me, but you went further than that.

I did not have my account for long before I learned the so-called new followers they claimed I gained weren't actually following me, and my follower count was not actually growing at all. I quickly canceled as I was not going to pay a company to lie to me. I just needed some help to get over a hump. This company was just scamming me.
