Beware of this company. They have a deceptive design; when signing up for services, you need to acutely aware of the fact that the pricing of the very large and boldly excecuted subscription boxes are not montly prices as they appear. You must toggle a switch above these boxes to see the correct pricing for monthly subscriptions. I made a mistake when signing up, immediately contacted customer support to try and fix it, and was refused. No where on their terms of service does it say a change in subscription is not allowed. Most companies let you cancel a subscription if you do it within 24 hours; I tried cancelling and was not allowed to cancel my subscription. They held my social media account hostage and wouldn't allow me to remove it from their services. They refused to change to another subscription. They've been reported to the authorities, and I recommend being very wary of this company if you do choose to use them anyway.

I purchased a basic monthly plan but it was not listed that it was actually an annual plan there. It was also not listed that it was in USD. I tried to get my money back and justs ign uo for the month which is what I wanted in the first place but they said no. Then I realized this company's address wasn't real on my invoice and they would not provide me with a legal business address (even if it's online, they would have a legal address for billling) when I asked. I was only a customer for 10 mins before I realized the incorrect plan was selected and they didn't offer any assitance in terms of getting money back. I was chargedover $500 CAD for the most basic plan. I am disgusted with this and can't even believe this happened. Do not invest your money here. Horrible investment and a fraudulant company.

Charged card multiple times, each time reflecting a failed transaction. Company offers no refunds, masked information on whois which is a indicator they are scammers fake addresses and telephone numbers completely uncooperative via email don't even waste your time attempting to get resolution report them to your credit card immediately and report them to the better business bureau to make sure it doesn't happen to anyone else. I'm 100% positive they are foreign entity taking advantage of US citizens.

I signed up for one-day trial then discovered I couldnt do anything on free-trial so I paid for pro only to find out it is also useless. I asked for refund, and was informed the company doesn't do refund. US$99 gone within couple of hours from useless website that promotes Instagram followers growth

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT USE PLIXI. They are a scam and completely misleading. I registered for their trial and they immediately charged me the full years payment - as soon as I connected my instagram account to their service my account started performing much WORSE. I usually receive 100-200 likes per post, 30-50 comments and 100 follows daily. As soon as I connected the service and still to this day after disconnecting it I now only receive about 4-10 likes, 2-3 comments and maybe 100 follows per week! I am furious! They are refusing to give me a refund and will not address this with me at all. They are not organic and do not have useful AI or harmless bots - they have ruined my organic account and now have stollen my $900! Does anyone know how else this can be managed? Any business bureau to report them to?

Do not do any subscription with them, they will charge you for a year when you've only signed up for a month trial. There is nothing to state they will be taking the yearly subscription, they have no refund policy, please contact me as I am putting forward a case about their fraud. I've worked on a few cases with companies doing this, if you'd like your refund let's work together and bring them down

You are simply buying fake accounts. Don't waste your time. You will only hurt your account. They do have a wonderful looking dashboard that has these bells and whistles. But, it's just smoke and mirrors folks.
