Spent a lot of time going back and forth between different sellers and I must say they are all positive to talk to. When I finally settled for one, I got asked to send in my documents just like most review complaints but found them out to be... ok, I guess? It wasn't to painful and I got accepted on the first try so mileage may vary. Overall it was pretty good. I hope I can buy again! :)

This website is the biggest scam, after days of contacting seller I finally received details and then to make it worst they were all listed as N/A. Another few days pass and I got into the acc I payed good money for! Account password has been changed and now I'm locked out of my acc. I knew this website was dodgy asf and NSWRcompany are nothing but money scamming scums. Lucky this is internet because I'd kill you dog!

This website is misleading they said it only takes 1 hour but in fact it took over 6 hours because the additional information they needed. After they received payment... look at the pictures and time up top. No lies here

Tip for consumers:
They said 1 hour or less its all a lies... check pictures times at top

Products used:
The don't trust the payment sites because after payment is sent they want a ton more info emailed to them before continuing

I'm sorry for any inconvenience. You may have seen an offer that states "Instant Delivery". This is true and after payment is completed, the -delivery- is instant. Payment processing is a separate process; we verify new payments only once. Provided there are no changes with the information or security issues found later on, rest assured, verification is only done once.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention the recent suspension of my account on PlayerAuctions. I must express my disappointment as this suspension was implemented without any prior communication or explanation.

It appears that the reason behind the suspension is attributed to a high number of disputes. However, I would like to highlight that our dispute rate has actually decreased by 30% recently, while our sales have nearly doubled. This leads me to question the validity of the suspension and the underlying issue at hand.

I would like to emphasize that I am one of the largest account sellers on the platform, and it is disheartening to feel targeted without any justifiable cause. Additionally, it is worth noting that I have not sold any Fortnite accounts since my previous suspension.

During my communication with support, they mentioned three disputed orders as the basis for the suspension. However, I want to clarify that two of these disputes were not caused by any fault on my part, and the third one has been successfully resolved.

Considering the high volume of transactions we handle daily, with approximately 600-700 customers served, including 150-180 on PlayerAuctions specifically, occasional mistakes are inevitable. However, it is crucial to recognize that these instances do not represent the overall quality of our services.

I kindly request your intervention in this matter and ask for a thorough review of my account's suspension. I believe that once the facts are considered, it will become evident that the suspension was unjustified.

I had a convensation with an individual and everything is smooth. I provided my info and when he had bought my account. He got it instantly and while hes enjoying the account I provided im still here waiting on my funds. I asked customer service "How much longer do I have to wait"? I still have not recieved any responds from them. Also They decided to deduct 66.44 from the payment I still didn't see. Why Take so much in the first place? And I want to know when will i be able to get my payment? Order number: *******.

Order 8730114 was sold with 30 days protection and sellers are the ones who set this up. You can set up this protection in 7,15, or 30 days intervals which will extend the disbursement time by that amount — this is your personal protection for the buyer that nothing untoward will happen with the order. After this period, the protection expires during which you are no longer liable for the account.

The buyer currently has 26 more days. This cannot be expedited because you offered your buyer this protection period and he/she has to receive it in full.

To avoid this next time, offer the order with after-sale protection and select "no" in the selection of the 7,15, and 30 day options.

66.44 was the service fee; the way this was framed in the review was like we took this out unsolicitedly. Please note this is the service fee for using the site, this was not taken against your will.

There is nothing wrong with this order and you'll just need to wait for the protection to end. Let me know if you have any further inquiries, Ventshe.

I had an issue with only getting a partial refund from PlayerAuctions after a deal fell through. The seller never had the account they were selling on the website and after a refund I was still out $60. It took awhile and lots of emails back and forth with PlayerAuctions to get a full refund but they've finally resolved my problem. I wont be using them again but I'm glad they at least worked with me to do what was right.

Great prices but the fact that I have to send an email verification using a CC with my name on it after I have done it 3 times before is just ridiculous. I will go somewhere else from now on. I just want something quick and easy without having to send emails with my ID and CC statements over and over again. I even have the 2 step verification on my account. Other than that it's great.

I apologize for the repeated instances of verification. It should only be done once per payment/card. If it keeps happening, it's probably due to using Google Pay which assigns a randomized card number for every purchase. Verifying your card directly (and completely, ensuring all requirements are sent) will ensure the verification status stays.

I read a lot of reviews here, but they weren't convincing but after a lot of personal verification, everything went well.
First time is was skeptical, why i need to give out a lot of information but it really the only good way to prevent frauds.
The verification process was little bit to long but in my opinion.
The seller was nice and helpfull, this was my fist time useing this site and im quite positive ab it.

Edit: (>The problem was solved, but its so annoying the validation system)

*I made a payment by a digital card (cause my physical card has not printed the 16 digits) and I sent them photos of the physical card, the digital card generated by the bank app, a screenshot of the payment receipt, My ID, a selfie with my ID (that I had to take like 10 times cause they didn't like any of them)
And it was not enough for them
They keep asking for a photo with the last 4 digits of the Pysical card when I sent them like 3 times photos of my card explaining that my card has not printed numbers because the card is designed without numbers
And they can't verify is my identity (despite It has printed my name and i sent them the payment receipt and i sent them my ID, the generated digital card, etc.)

Bought a league of legends account for 100 dollars which is quite the amount for a league account so decided to take insurance for another 5 dollars. This account got retrieved by its original owner so I contacted the support staff and provided them with all the information needed. They quickly closed the ticket when I didn't respond 3 emails later within 24 hours. Made another ticket immediately but never heard from them again.

I have had some problems with extra charges and not getting a refund but all in all it is a great place to buy accounts IF you choose a seller that sends the information instantly.

You also must make sure the listing isn't taken already or else you'll have to go through a head mess to get your payment back because it gets taken even though the listing has been sold already.

I've used PA a couple years ago and it worked fine for me. I tried to connect today and my malwarebytes says the site is blocked due to malware. So I read on the malwarebytes forum to find out it's not really a malware but that site is blocked because they sell accounts (which honestly is a dumb reason to block a site).

So anyways, I decided to whitelist playerauctions website on my malwarebytes. When I tried to go on their website now my Kaspersky said that the certificates were not trusted and asked me a confirmation to proceed.

At this point I declined, this is a real issue and this needs to be fixed. Why are your certificates not valid? I will not use PA as long this is not fixed. If a person from PA would please take time to answer me here that would be greatly appreciated as I really want to use your website again, but I won't until this is fixed.

We've installed an anti-fraud security system on the site recently, and if it picks up any account information inconsistencies and inaccuracies, the payment is declined. You can trust the site as a seller. I've never ran into a situation where I didn't get the money after I transferred the item I was selling (I've never sold an account on here). However, I've had to pay fees multiples times to get my account unlocked whenever I "fail to deliver in time." The burden of proof to determine whether or not it was the buyers fault falls on me. Even when it is the buyer's fault, I have still had to pay player auctions fees. They claim that the fees are intended to provide incentive to be a better seller and deliver in the time frame provided. However, I think if that were truly the case and they wanted buyers to go to them as the number one site where they would be guaranteed the delivery time stated on seller's offers then they would not pocket the money and instead give those fees to the buyer. I have verified that the buyers DO NOT get the fee I pay as a seller to unlock my account.

We always allow either party, as seller or as a buyer, to confirm his/her side of the deal. This means you won't have to wait for your buyer to confirm before you can confirm on the order. If you confirm first on the platform, the delivery guarantee expiration does not happen, and the only issue that may arise from this is if your buyer disputes your confirmation and tells us he/she was not able to receive the order—this shouldn't be a problem if you were able to deliver the order successfully. I highly recommend you click on the confirm button on the order page once you're able to deliver.

As for fees, buyers are also liable but in a different way. If they cancel the order before the delivery guarantee expires, the refund they get is deducted by the penalty fee for canceling an order. Inasmuch as the same way sellers are encouraged to complete the order in a timely manner, buyers are also encouraged to complete and see the order through, giving sellers an additional layer of guarantee that sales will be completed successfully.

Registration to the PlayerAuctions website are terrible, also customer service questions, that customers have send their selfies, selfies with documents and bill statement pictures to the customer services. If registration to the website failing, customer service like "punish" the new users asking many-many IRL pictures proving that they are right people and they are really exist. If registration are so difficult, its site and developers fault, not customers. But still inside website services are really fast and great! :)

Resolved my initial problem, so thanks for that. Few things can be improved on though, such as replying to tickets within 6-12 hours instead of the average 24hour response time. Other then that, all was resolved so thanks.

Tip for consumers:
Could be better, especially customer service. Should be able to reply to e-mails within a few hours atleast - shouldn't be a 24 hour wait before a reply. Other then that, everything was resolved fairly well & respectfully so thanks for that.

Purchased a RS Account with insurance, scammed!

I recently purchased a Runescape Account from a seller on PlayerAuctions and opted to pay into their insurance system which is valid for 1 year from purchase. This option is advertised as so:

"PlayerAuctions offers insurance packages (full refund, valid 1 year) which protect against the rare event of your purchased game account ever being irrecoverably reclaimed by a previous owner."

The account I purchased was recovered within 1 week so I went through PlayerAuctions resolution center and submitted my evidence, the seller didn't even reply within 72 hours. After the 72 hours the case went into 'manual resolution' and was favored towards the seller with no additional information or evidence requested.

The seller already has bad feedback for scamming (Couple of days after my order)

[update]customer service helped after reading review] Didn't buy or sell a single thing, all accounts suspended. Customer service stingy
I needed to create or change a username because I have a good selling record on websites such as eBay and EpicNPC. I want my name "sachhoc12" to be famous and positive. I didn't know that multiple accounts got all of them unsuspended, even if you deleted the previous. They refuse to change my username from my old to sachhoc12 even though I haven't bought or sold a single thing, so nobody in the world cares about my account's username and it wouldn't change anything. They seem extremely close-minded, following based on a robot-like protocol for customer service, not changing their opinion no matter how trustworthy or scammy the person sending a ticket is.

They helped me get to my main account after I mailed my driver's license and ID stuff. However, they wouldn't help me with my paypal email not being allowed since it was on my other account, so I couldn't use it on my main account, which is annoying, requiring me to use another paypal account

I got scammed out of an account and lost a further 12 ish quid that i bought on that account also. The orginal owner took the account back 16 days after successful purchase of it. Horrible first experience, will never buy from player auctions again. Do not recommend!

I bought an account from here, at first i thought this account was sold once and the seller tried to sell it one more time. After that, their manager told me the first sale was never completed. So i feel ok just for now.

Still, this website should work more getting buyer protected after the purchase.

Personally, haven't had a problem with refunded money when a seller has cancelled. However, I've had delays when a buyer has not confirmed they've received the items they've purchased and even
And my auction account had even been glitchy and taken 4 weeks to "fix" and I had to constantly send a ticket in to support staff even get a reply after a few days.
NOT THAT BAD of a site if you have someone you constantly buy from and is trusted.
Since transactions can go south easily

I bought a runescape account off PA from "denisjchavez". He recovered the account after a week. After looking back at his feedback he has done this to others, but its hard to gauge as feedback doesn't seem to be able to be edited after it has already been submitted. So this guy has 99% seller rating, wow right? Wrong. After looking at all his feedback he clearly is reselling the same accounts. Hell he is selling the account he recovered off me right now! I put through a dispute and the process was absolute crap but i managed to get my refund. What i dont get is how a person like this can be continued to trade and scam on the site without being reprimanded by PA. Fix your damn site PA, let buyers/sellers edit feedback, because this guy would have 0% rating if every person he has probably traded with could edit their feedback rating.

We have been asking this for game account reclamation cases and a lot of our buyers are able to take advantage of their insurance this way. We also cannot provide support on how to go through a game publisher's dispute system as their policies change over time. PlayerAuctions runs a marketplace for buying and selling characters, virtual goods and virtual currency from massively multiplayer online games (MMOGs).

Business History

PlayerAuctions was started in 1999 by a group of gamers in the states. It was one of the first player to player marketplaces around, becoming a famous hub for earlier games such as Ultima, Diablo 2, and Everquest. It survived on a small scale for years and grew entirely organically through word of mouth, until PlayerAuctions was acquired by Itemmania in Korea.

Being rebuilt from the ground up with proprietary risk management systems, and investment meant to provide a stronger support network for gamers, PlayerAuctions was re-launched in 2008 with offices in Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Korea. Since that time, PlayerAuctions has supported hundreds of games and activities within the wider gaming industry.

At the end of 2013 underwent a structure change to a Product structure which has shifted development focus to an agile development system which resulted in many product expansions in 2014 including Gaming Accessories, CD Key Sales, Cosplay, Trading Cards, and Software Downloads. PlayerAuctions also opened a new support center in Manila 2014 to directly manage and control the quality of services rendered to its users.
