I had two orders on the site, first for an account and second for some gold on it. I used two sellers. Its a bit of a shame the first one ran out on gold but the other one I found wasnt so bad to deal with. Both orders turned out great abd the verify portion needed to be done only once (if you get asked just insist you finished it already and make sure you use the same card on the next). I sold my pubg mobile account, did a complete handover and never got my money. They said it would take 1 to 2 days and I kept following up and no one replied.

I checked your chatlog and the fake buyer messaged you with this:
"Okay, also please give me whatsapp or telegram so that i can send you screenshot of payment"
Kindly note that offsite transactions are prohibited; all payments should happen and should be shown on the site only. You transferred the account details after this without confirming on the site if the order was paid for.
Please recover this game account now and once you're able to do that, you may still sell it on the site once it's secured again.

I had no problems. The verification can be overly strict but I'm still giving them a positive rate because the next order was much better completing in less than 30 minutes. Make sure to check the seller ratings carefully.

Quite happy with the order as I got it for a really good price. The system was really smooth and I had no issues. My card doesn't seem to work but when I tried Skrill everything was much quicker and perhaps for the better so I don't have to use my card number directly.

I was a victim as a seller, scammed by the buyer, it was my first experience with the website, and for sure it is the last. The guy seemed nice and all, I was happy at first that I've given the game account into the good hands. To my suprise, when I was about to receive the money after 30 days of it being in the "reserve", the buyer opened a dispute on the last minute that this account was reclaimed and as a proof he took a screenshot from the game app in which he was logged in this suppose to be "reclaimed" account. I don't want to go into much details, usually you can bind you account to other social or email accounts, just in case you lose your device or uninstall the game app. Once game app is installed into your device it is up to you if you want to bind it to some other account. In this case the buyer didn't unbind the account on purpose, so he could use it as opportunity to open a dispute. At the time I was thinking, that this is absurd, I was trying to be nice, but unthincable happened and the PlayerAuctions sided with the buyer without providing any explanation. So yeah, case closed, I lost the money, I lost the account in which I put thousands of dollars and on top of that I ended with the penalty of -50$, so I went into debt. As crazy as that sounds, I was sure that this has to be some kind of mistake, so I opened a ticket with complain and this is the response I received: "PlayerAuctions assume you are aware of the risks of these transactions - sellers are generally expected to be able to resolve the issue their buyers raised on the dispute." I think you can already come the the conclusion that on this portal you're on your own and just like in the casino, if you are lucky, you might end up with a successful transaction, but if someone wants to scam you, he will do that without any problem and PlayerAuction will do nothing to protect you. Be Aware.

I am sincerely sorry for the experience you had. I checked this with our team and unfortunately, it seems the buyer was unassisted with the account loss. I understand that for you, the buyer still has access to the account by showing the proof you mentioned. However, our team also received newer evidence that points to the account as being reclaimed and that was the current status of the account. In situations like these, we require the seller to assist the buyer in recovering the account, and in doing so, we may cancel the dispute in favor of the seller.

Good way to buy any stuff for online games in a secure way. It sucks a bit that they dont have Paypal but at least what they have works.

The service provided was top notch. One minor complaint is that the price can be unreliable between sellers so if your new, make sure you do enough research so you don't end up buying an expensive offer.
