On paper, it sounds simple. They hold on to your money, make sure you get your order and release it to the seller only if things proceed as described.
However, by execution, it's actually a godsend. They intermediate to make sure the process is secure and if, god forbid, the seller runs away, they have your back.

Got into an argument with a seller here who refuses to provide the correct email for the account. Wasted no time and disputed. Playerauction proceeded to refund me. I appreciate that a lot. Maybe the next one wont be as bad.

I love the escrow system they have, it essentially has everything you need - cancel, confirm, dispute, then every order progress sends an email. This the WAY to do game trades.

The site is trustworthy and provides the necessary functions for you to be protected as a buyer. In case the order ends up being bogus, you have the chance to cancel and buy another offer. I know because I was already refunded. Somewhat annoying that the seller wasnt responsive but Im glad they came through for me.

Very happy with their service. I admit the verificationg thing they do is a lil strict for my tastes but once you get pass that it's actually legit and good. Already in my 3rd order (I use the same seller consecutively) and everything's still pretty frosh! One thing I would add is a Paypal payment service. A lil weird its not on here but thankfully Skrill works. I guess thats it. Just double and triple check sellers and you should be fine.
