7/11 UPDATE: After complaining on TrustPilot, BBB, and SiteJabber, PlayerAuctions finally read my support case and issued the refund. I am still unhappy since this has consumed a lot of time, sending evidence repeatedly to their robotic support team until someone bothered to actually read my evidence and messages.
I wish PlayerAuctions all the best, but I don't want to risk my money on the platform until they invest in more training for their customer support team and consumer protections against fraud.
I am a native English speaker, all of my communications were clear and respectful until they repeatedly ignored my messages and deferred responsibilities. The only requirement was empathy and to actually read the support case information provided. I hope PlayerAuctions takes this feedback to heart. It shouldn't require me to jump through numerous hopes for them to actually read my message and find the correct resolution.
A chargeback costs me time. It costs PlayerAuctions upwards of $100 per transaction. I expect far better from a platform with 4.3 stars on Trustpilot.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention the recent suspension of my account on PlayerAuctions. I must express my disappointment as this suspension was implemented without any prior communication or explanation.
It appears that the reason behind the suspension is attributed to a high number of disputes. However, I would like to highlight that our dispute rate has actually decreased by 30% recently, while our sales have nearly doubled. This leads me to question the validity of the suspension and the underlying issue at hand.
I would like to emphasize that I am one of the largest account sellers on the platform, and it is disheartening to feel targeted without any justifiable cause. Additionally, it is worth noting that I have not sold any Fortnite accounts since my previous suspension.
During my communication with support, they mentioned three disputed orders as the basis for the suspension. However, I want to clarify that two of these disputes were not caused by any fault on my part, and the third one has been successfully resolved.
Considering the high volume of transactions we handle daily, with approximately 600-700 customers served, including 150-180 on PlayerAuctions specifically, occasional mistakes are inevitable. However, it is crucial to recognize that these instances do not represent the overall quality of our services.
I kindly request your intervention in this matter and ask for a thorough review of my account's suspension. I believe that once the facts are considered, it will become evident that the suspension was unjustified.
