I have experience both user modes on this website and both have good functions.:)

1)As buyer they make sure I get my order correctly and with right price
2)As seller they make sure I get paid although seller experience require more patient because payout take 2 weeks

In spite any issues both experience are trustworthy. I am not very active but I planned to use it more!

I was already planning to give up on the purchase, they had to ask for my selfies again which I kinda hated doing. I gave Coinbase a try and though there was a $5 fee, it went through very quickly. Just need to be careful with paying via QR since Coinbase/crypto payments in general are time based. Anyone reading this who are having trouble I suggest using that.

For a site that only does middleman work, they also do more like provide support after the deal is done and provide email assistance for recovering old purchased accounts. I had to request old data from a 2019 purchase and they provided it via email. It works again so thank you.

Couldn't get content with just one deal. I made another two after that and they were both as ultra smooth as the first.

Made an order and originally it was only for some gil. The seller through in some extra mats although we had to use the market (bought them for cheap gil). It was really nice and the seller is awesome! Also, hi from Tonberry/Oceania!

I like it and using it was easy...only downside is there is no Paypal for easier payment since that's what I use. Used Skrill and its the same but fees are higher and its less popular:-/ Hope you can add Paypal someday. But other than that the order was alright.

Purchased a bundle order for FFXIV which includes raid completion and some gil. They were all delivered to the letter and no issues came up thankfully.

Has all the bells and whistles of a good trading site from having many offers and sellers to having a good feedback system that buyers can use and see to assess if they're a good deal. I used all of these and arrived to a good deal. :)

My account order came through fine and the communication was nice. I never had any difficulties.

Payment could be faster and a live chat would be nice but otherwise the order completed correctly and there were no problems.
