They suspended my account simply because I live in the same house as my brother, yet he and I both have WoW accounts, why? Just an awful company!

Hi Alex!

As part of our policy, we only allow users to maintain one account per household. This is to cut down on opportunity for collusion, etc. However if you would like to maintain your own separate account, you are able to do so by confirming your own identity separate from your housemate. If you could send me your PA username, I would be happy to help you go through the process.

I bought an account and as soon as the seller got the payment, they
Recovered the account. I bought the account for $569.99 I cant get
Player Auctions to respond and give me the account back, or even let me
Know whats going on. I have tried multiple times to get some kind of
Support. I paid another $63 in insurance for the account. I cant seem
To get any assistance in getting this account back, or anything. I find
It unreasonable that I cant get any information on the matter.

Hi Webber,

If you could please provide an order ID number, we'd be happy to look into it and see the transactional history for your order. If you paid for the insurance package, credit is always issued to members who respond in a timely manner (within 72 hours) and have provided sufficient evidence that the account recovery was by the fault of the seller (we do not make credit issuances for buyers who lose the account by their own actions). The order ID can help us to identify the issues surrounding your account sale.
