Plarium is a garbage cashgrab company. All of their games are the worst forms of pay to win nonsense. They are cliche knock offs of real games that have had literally all functionality 100% locked behind the paywall. If you want to blow thousands on garbage app games on your cell phone with absolutely zero support and nothing but bragging rights vs other idiot fry cooks who blow half their paycheck on hobbit simulator then Plarium is the company for you. If you however think blowing thousands on a garbage I phone game to barely budge the needle with games so shady they essentially have revived the AOL first year of trying to charge 4.99 a minute. Seriously they nickel in dime so hard it's not even pay to win. Your paying just for the privalege of loading in. If you want to play that's gonna cost a mint. If you want to actually win... Well you are competing against morons who have literally paid over a million dollars to win so face it your not going to win. You could sink the entire capital of a house in a good neighborhood in the first world and not be competitive in a plarium pay to win game. Don't be a moron delete their spyware installer on every device you have. Remove your credit card info from anything they have. After that tell congress to remove all support for Israel. Yes Plariums parent company is an Israeli online gambling company. They are objectively scum and if Iran's Nuclear program drops a 15kiloton $#*! you on their adversaries Plarium will go with the rest of the flush. So Gaza for the Palestinians and way to beat the stereotype Plarium!

Under the guise of 'game balance' Plarium will degrade Mech or weapon abilities without providing compensation. It costs players significantly to upgrade Mechs, weapons, and pilots. After charging, based on performance, a-coins, credits, implant parts and pilot marks, no compensation is provided when that performance is significantly scaled back. Game balance? How about money grab!

My account got hacked and I gave them all the proof I could but because I didn't have receipts I didn't get the account back is a lost cost I won't be playing it anymore

I have played on 2 Plarium sites the games were stormfall and Throne Kingdom at war.
Both of these games I spent a fair amount of money on.
I am completely dissatisfied with Plarium and will never play there games again ever.

Plarium set certain rules in Vikings, however they use those rules against you as they wish. Accusing players of cheating without explaining exactly what did you do wrong. They hide begind they own "rules". If you ask customer service, the only reply you get, it was investigated well and they cant share more information. Additional they take away items for which the players worked and put money in. They are simply stealing from the players.
The customer service reply is always in polite style howere its meaningless msg, which shows how much plarium doesn't care about its own customers. It is sad how bad attitude of company can ruine a good game.

Plarium has become gready, you have to pay even to upgrade the itens you already own. Mech arena matchmaking is tottaly unfair and they are more interested in launching new itens to make people spend money that solving all the existing problems in-game.
Their answer to players when confronted with critics is that they are solving the issues, but we, the players, don t see any progress on that.

Do not play this game unless you want to waste your money, this 'game' is just an elaborate scam to get little kids to bug mommy for the credit card 9

I've been playing since the game first came out. Due to the fact that some blue hair tee boned me on my Harley and turned me into Ironman lol metal plates screws etc...R.S.L Is by far the best game of its kind and can keep you entertained Indefinitely with no $ cost out of your pocket from start to finish unless your a Whale and you have to buy everything SHINNY You can find everything you need to know about anything on YouTube there's a down to earth guy like one of us named Ash. Who cares enough about fellow gamers to break it down step by step so you can feel comfortable enough to jump in the game full swing with both feet on the ground kicking bums...So Enjoy My Fellow Gamer Brethen MEAD HORNS HIGH SKOL "VICTORY OR VALHALLA"

I'm not sure wether it's gambling,or some kind of scam.It seems they hate any players who does not feed cash into their money making scam game.I have been playing it for awhile now and have payed in the past to purchase items.But now I no longer am willing to put cash in,I feel somehow that has affected my game play.Even though they say you can play without put actual money in the game.Also I have had virus warnings pop-up during play.I feel they don't care about the game at all,or any of the users data.Here in Australia we have laws against data breaches,but they seem to think they are able to do as they please.And their support is absolutely rubbish.Unanswered complaints and when they do they will not refund or accept fault.This leads me to believe this now has just become a scam money making operation that needs the authorities to investigate.But considering the attitude you recieve when you make a complaint or enquiry,i'm thinking more and more this is a big cash making scam.I have now removed it from all my devices and refuse to play.Sad because it was a good game to play in the background while doing other online tasks.

I've been playing throne: kingdom at war for years now, but the general feeling is that actually plarium doesnt care anything about that game, and the players are treated just like suckers. Middle of a big event since yesterday, the so called ovo (order vs order), the maximum personal checkpoint was a certain number of points to score. I go sleep, come back to the game and i see the personal checkpoints has been increased of almost 3 times bigger the scoring without notifying the players a thing, which means bigger spending to achieve that, unless you're one of those players who play with the wallet fully open for every event, there's no chance of achieving that. But the lack of communication? We players are not even worthy being told you're going to make such a big change? Makes one wonder why bother really, i'm sure there's plenty of game where players are actually treated with respect.

Nothing but a bunch of moneygrabbing moneylaunderers,stay clear of it,the whole platform is so full of glitches y've to contiuously reboot your pc or re-instal the platform,the customer service is as good as non excisting,their fb discussionforum is run by so called mods but all they do is defending plarium what is not their job.Stay clear of this rubbish.

I played Raid for over a year. I had 5 five star toons in storage which took ages to accomplish. When I remove them to upgrade my legendary to six stars they turn from 5 five star toons into 5 four star toons. I asked for help and the customer service rep Kenneth said sorry you're out of luck. I told him that was the $#*!tiest customer service ever. He replied we don't care. One year of effort wasted on this $#*! game. The only reason I gave it one star is because there wasn't an option available for less than one star. Worst game ever.

Game is fun, by no new maps, can't talk during battles, robots, weapons and main in game currency are overpriced. Automated support which doesn't resolve issues, some of my mails were not answered at all. Matchmaking being really awful in a lot of matches, when need to compete against enemies who are 5 times strongers, developer promised to fix that, but nothing was done in months. It will take a lot of time or money till you can upgrade weapons or robots, but till then you already be bored with a game by playing on same maps. Like you see from screenshot, even with discount, I think $40 is still a lot for weapon, which to upgrade will cost you at least $40 more.

Game is very buggy. Support is not helpful at all, they only blames the user for all errors. You will not get far in the game unless you spend a lot of money.

I just love the stories behind every Champ in Raid SL, their video commercials on youtube are the best. Great clan activities, and challenging dungeons. Not a fan of Arena though...

I had a Raid Shadow Legends account which I have been playing for sometimes. Through this period I have spent hundreds to thousands of dollars upgrading it. One day out of nowhere my account was banned by Plarium without giving me any reasons or opportunity to answer any questions. I have written to their customer support to enquire but they never replied with a reason why they do so, neither did they provide any evidence showing any wrongdoing which I have committed. I have written a few more emails but all were not replied. This is really uncalled for. A game account is something we have spent tons of hours building with lots of money invested. If they have evidence to proof that I have broken the rules which warrant the ban I would have accepted it. But they were doing thing so sneakily and refused to explain to any questions which I have raised this is something really uncalled for. It's daylight robbery to take away someone's property without even a simple explanation. I have very bad experience with this company and I hope everyone knows their sneaky moves and avoid their games at all costs.

Vikings war of clans went from being a decent game to a bunch of garbage and Plarium is happy with it. They set up gear upgrades (good Idea) but added a chance factor that your upgrade will fail... then they posted a chance of success for each level... only the first level lives up to the posted success rate of 100%... hard to mess that up... but at the top level supposedly 70% success rate... I am personally 3/7 successful, a friend is 1/4 and another 1/10... Plarium SAYS it is working correctly but this is just a slap in the face to those of us who know better.

As to the Help... These people do not read or comprehend what you are telling them and their responses show a complete lack of intelligence. Myself and several friends have quit the game and I recommend to others RUN AWAY these games are horrible and the company worse. For example I tried to delete my credit card number from their Plarium App. But could not... wrote Plarium and recieved a response with 2 ways to delete the number... BOTH did not work... I REWROTE THEM after EXITING their AP and logging on through the web, I found a way to delete. I told them that their APP was not working correctly and how I deleted the number... Plarium response was that my number was deleted already and never even acknowledged the trouble... To me if they can't even get the Financial part right it is scarry!

Do not install Plarium Play or use Plarium.com. You will never be able to remove it from your mac or pc. You can remove it from the doc, can uninstall it, but it will remain in your launchpad if you have a mac forever. Worse, it can ad malicious adware to your computer. This company has a BAD reputation. Shame on Plarium Play on behalf of all of the gaming people they take advantage of! Terrible company!
