Mac users on Earth cannot play this game anymore, which is quite a few people because why? APPLE, Inc. I haven't been able to play on my mac since last Monday, June 7th, 2021. Apparently, they thought of launching a new patch without Beta testing this new patch with PC and Mac users so of course it all came crashing down. Why you ask? I have no idea, probably because they have an IQ of -600. Anyhow, if anyone knows of good Video game law firms and could recommend, please shoot me an email at *******@gmail.com. At this point, I just want my money refunded because I can't play the game anymore and have had it with their so called "Support Team" which is an absolute joke. Any help would me very much appreciated! Thank you.

You can play for free but you won't get far unless you get your mommy's credit card. It used to be a browser game but they was too lazy to make HTML5 so they made a download that is horrible slow many errors locked up blah blah blah

There is no way of achieving true end game as a free to play. Champions? Books for their skills, gear, and then masteries which will eat your small amount of energy. Unless of course you want to pay hundreds of dollars on bundles that may give you some new and updated champions, energy, gems and or gear. Again, even then, the price of their in game purchases are ungodly high. It's almost as if none of these losers that run this scam have actually worked for money because to them 100$ means a couple mid tier champions if you're lucky. Lmfao, please, avoid at all cost.

Plarium is absolutely the worst game developer I have ever had to deal with, if you can even call it that. By "deal with", I mean I was able to submit tickets to their Support Center, which were then labeled "solved" without ever saying a single word to me. Their customer service is beyond terrible, as is their attitude in general. Oh, and those updates/patches/new content they said they were working on 9 months ago, the ones that were "coming soon"... Yeah, still not here. Projected release dates for certain content? Always pushed back, if they're not pulled/dropped entirely. Even the Content Creators for their games have clearly had enough of their nonsense. Just watch any of their videos. This company will spend literally millions of dollars on advertising, and pretty much nothing on player satisfaction or retention. Why? Because why do they care about you when all they have to do is keep new customers coming in that they can rip off for 3-6 months at a time before they also get fed up and leave. In essence, Plarium is the exact company that gamers should avoid at all costs, unless you're just a glutton for punishment.
