Plaquemaker

I spent weeks trying to get a granite 18x24 memorial granite plaque for my dad. Every place was a crazy price like $1,200 + and 12 week turnaround. I happened to bump into the plaquemaker site and thought that maybe it would be too limited in what they could do etc. I called directly and explained what i wanted and i could not believe how easy to deal with and professional they were all the way along. The product i got was well packed and beautiful at a fraction of the price. Very very pleased!

This was a gift for my oldest son. He is an officer in the USCG. I was very pleased that this company had 4 emblems for the Coast Guard to add on the plaque. Usually when the military is represented, the Coast Guard is forgotten. The emblem added so much more to his name plaque. I also like that they looked over what I put on the plaque, double checking spelling, the font, color before making it. I will use them in the future for my other two children! I will recommend them to others looking for a plaque above & beyond a plain one.

I unfortunately lost my first son two months ago two weeks before his due date and it has been the hardest thing i have ever had to go through. I couldn't afford to get him a proper headstone but my son deserved to have a marker, i thought i was never going to be able to find anything more affordable until i came across this website. I just happened to find the Plaquemaker's website by accident. I ended up ordering five custom plaques for our newly planted fruit trees. I was able to fit a saying or old proverb below each tree name that was pertinent to the type of fruit tree. The website allowed me to create each custom sign, edit, and review it before adding it to my cart. The free services of their proofing staff come with the order. They adjusted the font size on two of my plaques, which made those signs look better. The entire process was streamlined for efficiency. These custom plaques are a gift for my husband -- the man who has everything. I would recommend and use Plaquemaker.com again.

I ordered a 10" X 6" stainless steel outdoor sign to honor my very good friend who passed away. We named a building after him for his great service to our country and community. Website was very easy to use for design and prep, easy to share the draft with other folks on our Board of Directors, and very reasonably priced with lightening fast service and delivery. I have always been satisfied with your company... I gave a 4 instead of a 5 because during the 'review before accepting' phase, I was told that I could not make more than 3-4 changes during the review process... It was not easy to tell how it would look or what options I had for fonts so I had to see it first... I realize that no one wants too many changes but In the old days the work was about doing whatever the customer needed matter what it took... It just left me with a small sour taste... but over-all I have always been satisfied with the products and outside of the website not always being as user friendly as possible (which is why I had to make adjustments), I like your company and how it all works.

The designer was easy to work with and the plaque came out beautifully, with clear text and a nice logo image cleanly centered above the business name and contact information. I had a positive experience doing business with this company in the past and was not disappointed this second time, as my order was treated professionally and respectfully. I appreciated the clearly communicated email responses when I requested specific changes to layout and font sizes, and that my final design request was then efficiently and promptly executed. I look forward to doing more business with Plaquemaker and will likely send more friends and colleagues their way!

The "marble" veneer and laser etching look exactly like the other plaque places that wanted to charge me $70 for the same size and letting, and I only paid $26 with Plaquemaker.com. It was also quickly finalized and shipped, with great service in my interaction with the company.
