The sign is great! My husband really liked it and it will be just the thing for his bar! I designed a tag with some clip art I got off the web. The clip art was colored. I was expecting the art to just come out black, but they engraved it in color. The detail is perfect and it turned out to be the best looking item Ive ordered from them yet! I wont even consider anyone else.
We ordered a Stainless Steel Metal Garden Marker Plaque to honor our dog that passed in February 2022. The plaque was beautiful and was shipped fast, unfortunately after only 1 1/2 years later, the image and verbiage are already peeling off, which is extremely disappointing. This is very sad, the quality should be far better than this considering the cost!
Everything was timely and accurate and good quality, your design department is exceptional. The reason for only 4 stars is that the picture was paper/plastic glued onto the plaque, I expected the picture to be laser etched like the text. Maybe I expected too much but the picture detail wasn't mentioned so you have to assume that everything would have been etched.
I have always been satisfied with your company... I gave a 4 instead of a 5 because during the 'review before accepting' phase, I was told that I could not make more than 3-4 changes during the review process... It was not easy to tell how it would look or what options I had for fonts so I had to see it first... I realize that no one wants too many changes but In the old days the work was about doing whatever the customer needed matter what it took... It just left me with a small sour taste... but over-all I have always been satisfied with the products and outside of the website not always being as user friendly as possible (which is why I had to make adjustments), I like your company and how it all works.
I like the ease of design and the options for customization, however the stain of the bamboo plaque was much darker than it appeared on the website or any other proof. If I had known this I would have chosen a different color lettering as now it is hard to see the lettering at all.
When I saw the finished product, I was disappointed because there was very little contrast between the granite (dark) and the engraved lettering (also dark). It was perhaps my fault, for not having spotted the problem when I was examining the final draft. At the same time, I think your design staff might have raise a warning that what I had ordered was going to be too dark.

Unbeatable customer service. I'm very satisfied in that sense. I ordered a plaque and it arrived as scheduled and looks beautiful. My only complaint is that is way smaller than expected. Probably my fault; I'm sure they tell you the measurements and I just didn't pay much attention and just looked at the picture on the website. Other than that, very happy.

The reason I did not rate this purchase a 5 was due to the product itself. The item was described as engraved bamboo, but the sign had no engraving at all. I am not complaining about the artwork or design, because the designer did great work. I am just upset with the advertisement of an engraved bamboo sign, when what I received was a bamboo sign with a non-engraved design on the surface (i. E. no bamboo had been removed from the top layer to reveal the layer(s) beneath, which is what I was expecting out of engraving).

Placed an order for 9 plaques, uploaded the clip art and what I wanted said on them and figured it would not be responded to till the next day. Received a response that said the Proofs would be sent next day to verify but was pleasantly surprised when I received another E-mail asking to check the proofs and sign off on the order within 2 hours of that first E mail that was sent. Had everything verified and paid with in 3 hours of placing the order. Received the order within 3 days. Excellent Job Plaquemaker.com. I Just placed an order again and so far the same results and I should receive that order by Monday! Keep it up!

This large plaque is beautiful. Couldn't ask for any better. The lettering is very visible and easily readable from 15-20 feet. The titanium on the walnut frame is lovely. It was done and shipped very quickly.
