We cannot and shall not control their communication style. It can be just a lack of English skills or using online translators to aid themselves, so it can look odd. However, we want to assure that every trusted user passes difficult verification steps in order to set up an account, and you definitely communicate with real people who passed this check.

Our Affiliate Partner gathers and verifies personal background information, ID, and other documents of the user as well as uploads verification video where the user gives her/his consent to use our Website. The next step of the verification procedure is held by our Moderation Team. We ask the following: A valid passport/national ID document; A verification video where the user, holding his/her ID in hands, declares the current date and confirms that he/she wants to use the service.
